The pharmacy at this location is as incompetent as they come, especially Sonya! Brought a prescription over to them, told they have it in stock but it will be an hour to fill. Get a call back in 30 minutes to say "they didn't realize what the prescription was written for".... Come again? So had to go back to get a new prescription from the doctor. Get this one to them and am told it will be about two hours now because they are backed up but they definitely have this in stock. Come back over two hours later and told that they are just now getting to it. Then they say "oh we don't have enough to fill this prescription and we can't hold the balance as due since it is a controlled substance" so you can take the almost half we have and go back to the doctor for a new prescription or you can come back in a few days to get all of it. How do you not know how much of a CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE is on hand before you make someone wait almost THREE HOURS?? I could have gone to another pharmacy! Then they tell me to stand aside and wait and start filling other prescriptions off to the side ignoring the half I just told them in frustration I would begrudgingly take since I had waited three hours. Really, so obviously customer service is unimportant and every person that came in after me should clearly come first! Asked for store manager, whom I am told is Steven, and they send who I thought was him with his cookies in hand a beverage to me. I asked in disbelief "your the store manager". Well no, but the store manager is helping out in another store that needs him.... Um news flash Steven Bates and a suggestion to Walgreens in general, this store NEEDS a store manager on site if when he is gone you get the cookie and pop kid!

I went there to buy sunscreen. I asked the cashier (who was reading a magazine) where the sunscreen was, she looked up at me like she was annoyed that I was disrupting her while she was trying to read. She then looked back down and continued to read her magazine and just pointed in the direction of the sunscreen.

This is a zero star rating not a 1 star. Don't bother scheduling Covid 19 shots they can't honour them. My son's first appointment went smoothly and the second shot appointment was automatically scheduled. Great start - but then we were turned away on Friday as there was no pharmacist on duty. Fair enough I accepted it happens especially as it was an automated scheduled appointment for his 2nd shot. But I was told to return on Saturday as they would catch up appointments then. Saturday - nope did not happen no one could do it as they didn't have stock. So again I made a new appoint for today, Monday, 21st June. Nope sorry all stock was used up for today. What??? SO tell me why did I bother making an appointment? I was told by the pharmacist today that all the stock was used up - nothing was reserved for those who had made appointments. I have the confirmation numbers for both appointments (Friday and today). And to make matters worse I was told to "Maybe try Wednesday or Thursday". Try? Really? Pathetic!!! But Oh and be warned - I guess I have to go back to Walgreens because no one else will give a second shot of Pfizer - you have to go back to where you had the first one done. In the meantime my son has stressed about this as I try to get him protected!!

I had a prescription filled on 06/01/21. When I submitted for refill, got message RX ready for pickup. I go to pharmacy, 06/09/21,was told I couldn't pickup until 06/11/21. Said insurance wouldn't bill until then. I went home and went online and paid for the prescription. The one that wouldn't bill. That was the 1st lie. So when I submitted for the next refill. It never registered in the system. I call the pharmacy. Was told wouldn't pay, they are going by my pick up date. 2nd lie. So I asked him why I only got 1 bottle, he said that's all the insurance would cover. 3rd lie. Then said I could get 1 bottle for 10 days, or 3 bottles for 60 days. 4th lie. I then asked him to fill the prescription. Should be ready on the 21st. This morning it was never in system. So I called a different pharmacy to have it transferred. I also know he flagged my account so he was the only that would talk to me. All of this is because I left a bad review. And you wonder why you got a bad review. Should a pharmacist retaliate against a bad review. This is the pharmacy on Nellis & Lake Mead. The same thing happened at a different walgreens down the road. You see people are dangerous these days. He going to do this to someone else. They just might retaliate against him.

Warning - don't waste your time purchasing from Walgreens online. Wanted to purchase a buy-1-get-2nd-50%-off. Agreed to pass 3 stores to pick up at store that had two in stock instead of just one. They sent a text saying they cancelled my order instead of finding two tubes to deliver while honoring the 2nd-50%-off price.

Excessive refill delay for critical medicine. All without any good reason. I ordered a refill of high blood pressure medication on 6/9/21. After several days, I received an email saying there was an issue with the refill and I needed to call, so I did. The customer service rep, I spoke with, indicated that it was a clerical error and they were submitting the refill immediately. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I went to pick up the script about 30 minutes later only to be told it was just submitted and would take several hours to fill. Ok fine, sh!t happens. I left and waited for the refill confirmation text - nothing! 11 days later I get another email saying that Walgreens needs to contact my provider to complete the refill, even though it shows multiple valid refills for this medication online. I call the pharmacy and they have no idea what I'm talking about and then proceed put me on perpetual hold for more than 20 minutes. I filed a formal complaint with Walgreens corporate. This is not the first time this inept pharmacy has screwed up my refills. This has to be the worst pharmacy in Bend. I mean, 11 days delay on high blood pressure medication without any communication or valid reason? That is getting really close to law suite territory. I will be transferring to another company/pharmacy for my medication. Clearly Walgreens doesn't value my well being or health enough to refill critical medication in a timely fashion. Frustrated and annoyed don't even come close to describing my feelings about this utterly useless pharmacy!

The Loxahatchee store location is very low on inventory. Almost looks like they are going out of business. Employees are very nice. Maybe it is new management...when Mr. Ceus was the manager...the store was a 10 star rating.

Walgreens is racist. My child went in for a job interview, the minute the manager saw my child was BLACK, he said the job was taken. Why would he say come in?????
