80% negative review average, really, well, I sure know why! Called prescription in 24 + hours ago and they are now down to lying that it's in progress, Gardner, Ks, absolutely the worst service I have ever seen!

First off I am disabled. Life threatening seizures. Not always can I drive or have someone pick up my prescription for me. *All of the staff that I had an excellent relationship with, with the exception of 1 have left. Only Tammy is left. She is a good person. The pharmacist that caught a life threatening problem with a medication is no longer there. He left almost immediately. Cannot find a hero in my life. *I constantly get texts telling me to come get my Rx, or that I will have to reorder it. That I can have it on auto order or have delivery but not both. I have several times been unable to drive and get them, or find someone to pick them up. *My orders are constantly short. These are Neuro drugs to help prevent seizures. I have life threatening seizures. *A new staff member "A" has a nasty attitude and argued with me about my Rx's. I have no trust in her. Don't care to talk to her. I have reported all occurances to my insurance, and doctors...they have encouraged me to find another pharmacy.

if you need access to your account do not ask. I was trying to refill my migraine medicine and could get not help changing my password to site access. However there service could not send to my primary email address, secondary email address or text me a password reset. The like to keep people in pain on the phone/chat while they try 10 times and then say it is my emails (yes plural) were having issue-- for 3 days but I digress. There's no email from them so they continue to beat that bush. No in spam or junk or clutter never hits the server I get their ads. and they say it is on my end. In the mean time I have I have to deal with this excruciating pain as I know wait for a ride to ER to get relief cause Walgreens would not help me get my prescription. really just reset my password but this is what comes of it. Here's the update it took ~an hour and fourty-five minutes to come through but it finally did.

Honestly, this doesn't deserve one star. I went last night to pick up two meds called in for my mom. Didn't have them ready. So instead of waiting, I said I will just pick them up tomorrow. Show up today at 345pm to pick them up. They haven't even started on them. And could I please come in to wait for them. I listened to them tell no less than 5 others cars in drive thru the same thing. I never have this trouble with Kroger pharmacy.

Rite Aid sold like 4 billion worth of stores to Walgreens. Walgreens sucks plain and simple! Their vitamins are terrible & they don’t carry the same eyedrops, I used to buy or products, and CVS has them all, even appliances… Rite Aid has right & it was wonderful they’re too far for me to go now, about 20 miles from the nearest store but, Bad news for Walgreens I gave my car that cancel the account and I will order the stuff online, from other sources and Rite Aid and screw Walgreens❗️🤢🤮 My insurer transferred my insurance to CVS and I’m glad they did it even the pharmacy was horrible they would give you 30 pills or CVS cost me 90 and I don’t have to run back every 30 days!!

I can't believe I'm positively reviewing some1 that works @Walgreens 55th & Lake Park Ave in the pharmacy but Taenisha is one of the best customer service providers I've encountered. Keep up the good work. #gopharmacy 55th & Lake Park Ave

I bought a daily organizer for insulin pens. The delivery was fast but on the next day, I found the same organizer almost 2x cheaper. that's a pity.

went to pick up my antibiotics here, and for some reason also to Smith's, doctor mistake. I did not noticed it was the same medication until I got home. Walgreens charged me $47.74 and I paid $10.92 at Smith's. I tried to return the meds to Walgreens, there were 4 pills sealed individually. The pharmacists said they wouldn't accept returns because of tampering issues and would be illegal. Which I undestand but charging customers 3 times more for the same medication is outrageous, that should be illegal. Not to mention waiting time is over 30 minutes after they claimed my husband meds were ready. Overpriced and slow service. I will not do business here again. Either price match meds or sell them not to over profit.
