I wondered how the pharmacist allowed employees to be so rude and unhelpful until I spoke to her and realized she was worse!

It is shocking how Walgreens’ service can be so consistently bad no matter which one one goes. The employees are invariably rude, take forever, ignore the customer and disrespect you at any opportunity. My latest experience is happening now at 509 W Hallandale Beach Boulevard with Erika Pharmacy Technician. Waited for 35 min in the covid test drive thru line, having arrived 10 min before my appointment. When the lady finally shows up in the window, she is super rude; insists with me that i was late, does not say sorry; barks orders; horrible experience, as usual. All that while a huge line of people honking behind me. I frankly do not know how Wallgreens stays in business in a time when cust service is everything. It must be just due to convenience. This company’s leaders should be ashamed.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars, Walgreens basically stole my money. Placed an online order for door dash delivery - never got the order…it’s still at the store and Walgreens REFUSES to issue me a refund unless I physically come into the store. Had I been able to drive (after medical procedure I am unable to drive which is why I placed an order on line for delivery

Worst place to order your prescription. My 86 years old father cancer diagnosed went there three times and they kept telling him come back in an hour, and I tried to explain the issue, the manager kept telling me we are busy instead of finding a way to fix the issue. Irresponsible people.

2511 Pine Ridge Rd/Airport Pulling, Naples, FL 34109 I went to exchange my ketone strips because it came ruined. The cashier wasn't being able to go ahead and do it, so she called the "manager" Zac which started his statement yelling that don't sell those there anymore. And I told him that I bought I had just brought that there 2 days ago. He told me: Not in this store. And I said yes, here. Long store short, he was very rude, threated TO KICK ME OUT OF THE STORE, until I went to the back and got another product from that store shelf and handled to him. Them he changed the tone of his voice and said for the next time to keep the product box and keep the receipt. 1. how could I know the thing was not working properly? 2. My receipt comes on line, he could have checked before making all of this accusation. I am not stepping in that store anymore. It is the closest store to my hose and were I used to send all my prescriptions (changing for CVS now). That was unacceptable.
