Do not go to Walgreens for Covid-19 test if you need a negative test before flying internationally. My wife had a 10:50 pm flight last Saturday and needed a negative covid test done at least 72 hours before the flight. She got tested Thursday morning. Walgreens claimed that the test would arrive at the testing facility withing 24 hours (a lie!). She received nothing on Friday like "we are working on it". Saturday morning she received the working on it message. Her test results came back after 2 am Sunday (half way thru her flight). She had to pay $179 at the airport for a test that came back in under a half hour. I'll never use Walgreens in Florida again for anything. Everything they said about the test timing was a lie!

Walgreens in Cape Coral Florida 6 del prado Blvd. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever felt with. Every time I go there either my order is not ready after I have been notified that is is Or my order is not complete. This is a waste of my time. I am tired of this situation. My time may not have any value to Walgreens but it does to me. If this happens again I will be changing to anyone of your competitors. The problem is not with your employees at this location they are very professional and polite. The problem must be with management.

I am waiting at the prescription drive thru for 30mins!! What takes so long to pick up a script!! This is ridiculous! This is the worst pharmacy ever Believe or not - after finally getting to the window, they place a sign that they are closed - this is ridiculous !!

We used them for Covid test as we were traveling abroad. They took more than 2.5 days to deliver results. We missed our flight and ended up paying $1300 more and driving for a long 6 hrs to catch flight in another city. Do not use them for covid test if you are travelling.

I was on hold for over an hour and then it told me the staff went on a meal break. I stayed on hold for that 30 minutes and then another 25 minutes until someone finally answered the phone. That is horrible customer service. The Walgreens on Lewis and Pine in Tulsa should be avoided at all cost!!!

I an trying to schedule a damm covid test. Your system sucks!!!!!! Without appointment I can not get one.

On the evening of August 18 my grandson was bitten by a dog and was taken to the emergency room. After being treated we took the prescriptions for his antibiotics to the walgreens located at 6825 N Durango to be filled to so he could start these immediately. They took the prescriptions but wouldn't fill them because it was too close to closing time. That was irritating but even though the Dr had stated he needed to start these as soon as possible we hoped the 12 hour delay wouldn't be a problem. I showed up at 9 am, the first customer in the drive up line and was told after some language communication issues that it would be 10 minutes. I came inside to use the restroom while waiting and was treated very rudely by a store employee but ignored it. Went back to the pharmacy and was told that they hadn't even started to process my grandson's medications and it would be 20 minutes more. Went outside to do some work from my phone, came back in and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Almost an hour now. I watched the pharmacy staff standing around chatting with each other doing nothing to get orders filled. Watched the pharmacist talking on the phone. I finally lost my cool when after another 20 minutes the order still wasn't filled. I commented on how rude and inefficient this staff at this store was. After a wait of an hour and a half+ I finally got my grandson's medications, but I had to be rude to make that happen. Every person on the pharmacy staff, including your pharmacist should be fired. Not one of them did a single thing to expedite the process of preparing this prescription and were rude when they were called out on it. Either they don't have any idea how to work efficiently or how to speak to customers even if there had been a legitimate reason for the delay or they chose not to. I personally felt they were purposely rude to me because of my age. They felt they could be rude because I am old.
