Very bad. More than 72 hours and I still not get a COVID-19 result !! The result is valid to 72 hours, so know what? Never ever back to Walgreen for any reason.

I had two friends suggest I preorder some necessary items to aid in my recovery from Covid. I went online with a grueling headache and placed my 10 item order. 1 hour later received an email stating they did not have the items I wanted and my order was canceled even though every item I chose showed available for pickup at location I had chosen. No matter if those items were out of stock, or not properly updated as showing available on the site, or someone was just too lazy to gather them for me I learned a valuable lesson. Walgreens is why CVS does so well. What a disgrace to online shopping! Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Horrible service at Phenix City Crawford Road location. Not enough staff to take care of the customers there and they cut there hours.

Walgreens Pharmacy - Store #7892 Located at: 3301 N 4TH ST Longview, TX 75605 I understand that in these times this pharmacy is busy and stressed but that doesn't give them the right to be inconsiderate and rude to customers. I had to wait 4 and a half hours in Longview last night for my son's medication to be filled then drive an hour home. If they'd actually attend to the customers there that they knew had been physically there waiting in line for hours instead of just saying they were too busy giving walk in Covid vaccines and 200 prescriptions for people that aren't even there to pick theirs up they might save themselves the stress from unhappy customers. I know I wasn't alone, I heard others complaining too. I was told it would take 2 hours at 4:30pm, it was finished and available for pick up after 9:00pm. No worries though, I have dealt with the decline of customer service there for over 10 months so I will be transferring all of ours to somewhere that is more considerate. I realize our 4 prescriptions aren't a big deal for Walgreens but it is to me and my family and it is not worth the stress or time, I'd rather pay more elsewhere.

Horrible. I set a COVID test appointment for Monday only to get an email Monday morning that my appointment was canceled

I utilize the option Walgreens Pharmacy offers, which is to have your medications shipped to you. I’ve been out of my medication for heart failure for weeks and when I checked the tracking today, it has not been scanned by FedEx. So it’s been MIA since 8/3. Today is now the 15th. Courtney was great in trying to assist me but there was only so much she could do. Even if they reissue the RX, I now have my identifiable Hipaa data out there floating around which is a huge no-no. So now I have even bigger concerns than just my health. Best advice, don’t trust the shipping option bc regardless of who drops the ball, it’s the patient who suffers.

Pharmacy service is AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! Very incompetent, not reliable and very poor follow-up with their customers if they don’t have the medication, they tell you that they have to check their manufacture or vendors and they NEVER follow up. There is no sense of urgency for customers who need medications to survive. We don”t get the same despicable service from Walmart pharmacy who’s very caring. Waldgreens please take lessons from Walmart when it comes to pharmacy. You are truly the WORSE EVER!!!!
