They made me pay for a prescription and telehealth visit which was incorrectly written and could not be filled. They then ghosted me and didn't provide me with help. Customer service then placed me on hold and disconnected the call multiple times.

Prescriptions are not ready in time to take for health! Poorly managed supply and pharmacy staff undertrained. This is not acceptable.

two hour wait on the phone while listening to counter business taking place. never have meds needed but have to be ordered. do not fill partials until you follow up with request.

I had knee surgery a few weeks ago, so I am just becoming mobile again, I ordered $70 worth of products to be delivered to me. I received a text saying the order was delivered with a photo of the bag on top of my mailbox located on the street, right underneath the photo the driver took shows “Leave at my door”. You can see my home in the background, so if he had actually attempted, there’s my front door walkway to the side halfway up the path to my driveway with a blue door, my porch deck 3/4 up my driveway big white door and my garage door in the middle.

Walgreens Pharmacy, Monmouth Illinois is the absolute rock bottom in customer service and professionalism. They are constantly closing the pharmacy for days on end and lying about why. They will tell you lie after lie to cover their incompetence. Most of the staff are nasty with their responses to questions.

100% guarantee on their items only applies to 30 days. What a sham. False advertising. Total discuss with them. Last place I will ever shop.

I ordered one simple 8 x 10 picture reprint using the online application to be picked up at West Burnside Street in Portland, Oregon. I called them after being sent messages that the order was delayed. The representative stated they were out of 8x10 sheets and it should be ready next week. Today, I get a 'bogus' message that the order was cancelled. They cancelled it for no other reason then I am not a club member. I think Walgreens is a failed company and should break away from its dirty past or shut down. This is my opinion!

Online delivery states arrival will be 2-4 days when placing an order. Part of order was not processed until 3 days later and offers a delivery now of 7 days.. IT CLEARLY STATES ARRIVES IN 2-4 DAYS. I don't have questions, just a valid complaint that Walgreens is falsely advertising and does not stand behind it's products nor orders nor what they offer online. The only information I need or require at this time is that the product will be delivered today as Walgreens has above stated. If they can't meet their committments as advertised, they need to offer a concession, like overnight delivery when they are unable to provide the customer with what is clearly advertised.
