Walgreens has started using prescription labels with smaller print. This is problematic for seniors with less than perfect vision. I also makes it harder to call in refills. They used to have easy to read labels. This change can't save them any money.

Kris in the photo area has helped me so much. She was stocking a shelf, came over and helped me at the photo machine. She made my experience selecting photos very special. Then she saw a line at the front registers and she jumped on to get the line down. She is very special and I will be back for more photos. Kris works at walgreens in metairie la. It's on the corner of veterans blvd and bonnabel blvd.

Walgreens has the worst pharmacy in America today. They dont explain anything, they charge 20x more to fill prescription whether you have insurance or not, they have the absolute worst customer service, they care nothing about customers. They are all about greed and incompetence. Their website totally sucks, offers nothing, no email support, no instant message, no live chat, they dont want to hear a word about how lousy they are. Literally the worst company doing business in America today. They should just go out of business and do people a favor!!!

It would be very nice if the workers at Walgreens would have some kind of compassion for hearing impaired customers and not be so rude. I don’t mean to keep asking the same questions over and over I tell you guys I can’t hear, but y’all are just not able to be nice to hearing impaired learn some Customer Service skills for the handicap.

If I could the Walgreens on Hamilton Blvd a negative star I would. I have already contacted corporate because this could have caused a life threatening situation when it came to my medication. There is one tech who is so rude and decided to take her power and not submit my prescription when she was shown a mistake not only by me but my the manufacturer. She decided not to fill the prescription in time for me when I was leaving for out of town. This medication is for asthma and the manufacturer has a scholarship program for people who don’t have insurance. It feels like she has a chip on her shoulder towards those of us without insurance or state insurance ( which I don’t have) . I have witnessed her being rude to her coworkers and customers. If you don’t like your job get another one. The traveling pharmacist was so helpful that he was able to find a competitor that had my inhaler on hand. Obviously there is a reason they are short there and maybe SHE is the problem. I never want to see someone lose their job, ( and I know she has access to my information so she could stalk or harm me) but seriously they need a come to Jesus meeting.

I had my doctor send a prescription to the Wayne Memorial Dr in Goldsboro N.C. today 2/27/26 When I called to check when it would be ready, I was told the 2nd of March. Why would I want to wait 3 days for the medication. This has happened to me two other times with this pharmacy. Don't like this type of service. I had it filled at Harris Teaters.
