I bent over BACKWARDS for this company in the month I worked there, It is should be illegal to hire temporary employees the way they do especially at $11.75 an hour. I gave up having a social life, I gave up free time, I took shifts when people just didn't show up, I was told to cut my lunch break (A MANDATORY 30 minutes as required by LAW) I was harassed by customers, I was spit on by customers, several times physical altercations were attempted and beyind that I was racially descriminated against by certain customers and the issue was never addressed beyond "I'm sorry that happened". I was told to reapply by Dustin, the store manager at 602 s. front street, not once, not twice, but three times, I was told by employees to reapply, I was approached by corporate for a shift lead position which I turned down due to my horrible experience being employed by the DuaneReade/walgreens/boots alliance and I have been tempted to sue for emotional distress on the basis of aforementioned factors. Beyond ALL OF THAT when I initally reapplied november 2021 Dustin told me he would look at my application then left me hanging and UNEMPLOYED for over a month before throwing my application in the trash. Walgreens royally screwed me over at a time when I needed a steady income for bills and paying off my tuition for school. 10/10 DO NOT reccommend as an employer.

I had a 10 o’clock appointment for Covid booster. I filled out the forms online went in 10 minutes early and stood in line waiting to be processed. The woman working that register was new and was not able to get me registered. Apparently she made some mistake and tried to fix it and then deleted it and then was not able to get back into that system. Someone tried to help but they were not able to get in either and so there I stood and waited. Finally they told me to sit down and they would get back to me. In the meantime I witness several situations where people came in to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready but they couldn’t find. When I was waiting they took one person in for a Covid shot and two more were waiting. They were walk ins. The lines waiting for prescriptions had to stand and wait for far longer than they should because of only one person who was new was working that area. They had not come after half an hour to get any other person for their shot. At 10:30 I told them to cancel my appointment and walked out. I knew if I continue to wait that it would be well over another hour just based on what I was witnessing at the time. Another issue I have is when you fill out the forms online for some reason they can’t access them. I had this issue when I went there for a flu shot. Walgreens is not capable of running an effective distribution of flu or Covid shots or in my opinion any other shot. Walgreens 7921 SW Hwy 200 Ocala Fl

Terrible service. 4 hours after receiving my prescription it was still not ready. 10 minutes before their closing time they are scrambling to find the main bottle of medication. Nowhere to be found. Finally someone remembers where they put it! Then can’t get the register to work. Total mess. As a result, Missed my train and had to wait a very long time for next train. Not going back. Total disaster. 3 pharmacists, at least one should’ve been someone who knows what they’re doing. But nope. 305 Broadway. NY

I never had a bad experienced with Walgreens until now, I can’t believe they are so unprofessional at the photo department. I ordered the photo book and they just gave me loosed photos and most of the photos are chopped. Really disappointed.

while visiting Walgreens in Clinton, sharing-friendly humor and smiles someone took my friendly clean humor and smile the wrong way, therefore, asked me not to share this again with anyone. So I will not be going to this Walgreens again and taking my business elsewhere.

I'm so frustrated at the Walgreen's Buena Vista Rd in GA. I was told my son's seizure meds was ready on 3/13 for pickup. I decided to wait till the 14th to pick it up. Upon talking to the cashier I was told that it wasn't ready. The pharmacist just said I had to wait a day. The empty refill bottle said 3/14, 30 day supply. My son is missing his dose of seizure medicine. Rachel the pharmacist said they were closing at 5:00 and nothing could be done. She nor Walgreen's could care less that missing seizure medicine can cause a seizure.

They doubled the price of medication for no reason, with the explication of "it must have gotten more expensive.. When I called later that day to talk to a pharmacist they told me the price hadn't changed and it made no sense as to why I was charged so much, I got a "Sorry i don't know" and they told me to call their cooperate office. And here's where the fun starts.. I call their customer service line, after explaining my situation I was transferred to someone else, who then transferred me to someone else, who then transferred me to someone else. After speaking to 13 different people, being hung up on twice, and being directed to the same phone number multiple times, (With in an hour) I was able to speak to someone who was willing to put in a ticket for my case.. That was 4 days ago, still waiting to hear back from them. But this is up there on the worst customer service Ive ever gotten.
