Every month I have a problem getting my medications from Walgreens in Shallotte North Carolina. It's really getting aggravating and it's starting to affect my mental health. It literally took 26 days to get my Zoloft delivered to me from Shallotte to shallotte. I am about to move pharmacies. And then when I call and have questions no one can tell me anything. Today I ordered my prescriptions they were filled and ready to be picked up so I asked for them to be delivered and they canceled all three of my prescriptions. This is unacceptable. Walgreens used to be a quality pharmacy now they just suck and their employees are atrociously oblivious. You really need to get some new pharmacy staff who know what they're doing and fix your website.

Been suffering from tooth nerve pain so bad can't talk eat drink nothing. Got my prescription went to Walgreens at airways and Lamar. Sat there 15 min then they went in lunch break left me sitting here in Pain.. cause they hungry. That was wrong in all counts lunch usually around 12 to 1 Today they went on lunch break at 1:30 I came in the door at 12:45. They laughed even the ones not working in the pharmacy laughed at me for calling corporate office. They are so selfish low down dirty ppl working in Walgreens I will never go to another Walgreens pharmacy!!

I went into your location in Miami, FL at 11700 SW 104th St. First - I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up to open the locked case for Omperzole. No on showed up. Second - I went to the register to purchase another item were there was no one in line and was redirected to another register where there were 2 people ahead of me. I waited in line for another 10 minutes only to be redirected back to the original line where there was no one waiting. Thirdly - There were 2 cashiers, one at each register. Neither spoke English. There was a person in line in front of me trying to use a coupon. The cashier was trying to explain to the customer something about the coupon. Only the customer couldn't understand because she didn't speak Spanish. The customer grew frustrated because she couldn't understand. This is a problem for me as well. As a customer I find it difficult to communicate because of the language barrier. This also becomes very frustrating for me as well. If you're going to put employees in the front of the house dealing with the public, please make sure they are able to communicate with both English and Spanish speaking customers.

This review is regarding the Walgreens at 6558 Lantana Road, Lake Worth, FL, 33467. Store #3713. Recently my husband I I picked up my prescription (April 1, 2022). We went through the line that has the "tube." We paid with a debit card and the cashier sent the prescription back through the tube. I looked for my husband's debit card and it was not there. He pushed the button to talk to the employees and said "where's my card??" The employee looked at us like she had no clue and before I knew it there were 3 employees scrambling around looking for the card. It sounds like it came out of the tube because they could see it in the cylinder but couldn't reach it. 15 minutes went by with them trying to get it saying they had to call their boss, blah blah blah, and they still ended up not being able to reach it. We had to spend the next morning going to our bank to get a replacement card. This morning (3 days later), Walgreens called and said they have our card. We told them to cut it up. You would think they'd at least offer us a small gift card for the major inconvenience they caused! They need to train their employees better!! I will not go back to this Walgreens! They hire too many incompetent employees!!

I waited in drive thru an hour to get 3 prescriptions. When I was finally waited on I was told 1 was lost and to come inside. I said just give me the 2 that are ready. I only got home with 1. I called was on hold 15 minutes no answer. Awful

Even though I had made an appointment for a vaccine and filled out the information online, I nearly received the wrong vaccine. I noticed it while filling out the form. I told them that it was the wrong vaccine, and they said that they assumed I was getting a different vaccine. That is a dangerous assumption. This was at the Walgreen's at 9390 S University Blvd, Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

I did my business cards and I most say they did a very good job.I would definitely recommend them to anyone and they are affordable.

Horrible management from retail to Logistics. Had a driver deliver to their distribution center in South Carolina. He was 30 minutes late for his appointment and they made him wait 2 weeks to get unloaded. They were not busy and could have easily accommodated him. Overall, just bad management, disgruntled employees and poor working environment.
