I went to the Walgreens in Tifton on Love Ave. I went to take a passport pic and it came out red so we went to CVS to take another one and it came out way better. We tried to get a refund about 10 minutes later and the staff made excuses not to give the refund and it was almost 40 dollars that they had to give me back but they refused. This guy’s name was Nick. Never trust the Tifton Walgreens to take your passport pics, the service is very horrible.

Worst pharmacy ever. I go to Walgreens because it’s convenient but it’s not convenient to wait an extra hour and a half for a scheduled appointment. It’s entirely possible that Walgreens doesn’t hire enough pharmacy staff to save money because the employees they do have are fine, they just need more. Bottom line, avoid their pharmacy if you can, just go there for candy

I have been many times to this Walgreens 135 Broadway Lawrence. The last 6 times they’ve messed up my prescription. I’m getting tired of thier shenanigans. I feel it’s deliberate. I’m glad I’m not old enough to be befuddled. They are going to kill someone with this ineptitude.

Each time I have dealt with this particular store something goes wrong. In Jan, I was double charged for meds. I had paid via Express Pay and then charged again once I received vaccines. I did not realize it until a few days after when looking at receipts. It was less than $3 but it still happened. Today, I attempted to reschedule a fill of a prescription I had not picked up in March. It is showing I picked up 2 scripts, which I did not do. Also, some one called me and I also advised her that I would be in later that week to get them and she stated she would make sure to extend until that time. When I looked to verify the price, they were showing picked up. I have new insurance, so that couldn't have happened because I had not given them the updated information until I called in today, to verify a new medication had been called in. I was asked to verify new insurance, which I had added to website a few days prior, as my default insurance. I am most definitely moving to a different company.

If there was a zero I would give that! I went in for an interview and they never called me back!! I had to call them!! NO ONE EVER APPLY THERE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The store in Danville Va is HORRIBLE!!!!

Walgreens in Warrenton NC has a thief stealing medicine. I had a prescription refilled and picked up the following day. When I picked it up, got home and counted my pills, I was short of five pills. I contacted Walgreens and the employee conveyed to me that I might had dropped them. I counted the pills three times. Then they said they were going watch a video and call me back; I got a call back and was told it was filled with 30 pills, but I was short of 5 pills.I was told to come in and speak to the manager because they couldn’t do anything about it. I called corporate and I was told someone would get back with me in a couple days. I went @ 9:00 am and tried to talk with the manager that someone is a thief within the store of stealing medicine, (narcotics) whereas he stated it wasn’t. (but it is a controlled substance, where I have to show my ID). Which as a manager he didn’t follow protocols of requiring to see my ID. Apparently he didn’t want hear that an employee is stealing medicine through client’s medicine. He conveyed it was his problem. He never apologized for my inconvenience. With gas high, I had to make a second trip. I will not go back to Walgreens for anything, apparently it harbors thieves. The manager wasn’t customer service of someone telling them there is a thief working in the store. So, before you leave the store with your medicine; count every pill.

so far so good im speaking of the 10703 walgreens -even though buissy - first time it took 6 -minutes to get through but aetna medical advance gets 1 star cvs accross street 1 star doc gave up on them -i had to put the script to walgreens myself 2hrs plus cvs poor worst than ever -but aetna mail handlerplan/aetna medicare advange ppo senions with disabilities ,they do not care see my trust pilot reviews you hit 65 and they claim you get more -all senions bewareyou get less and pay more

Warning!!! Walgreen chalkville mountain rd trussville al. They changed my prescription and said that's what the doctor wrote. I called my doctor and that was not what she wrote and they told me they only had a freestyle libre 14 day after i fronted them about it. Its so illegal to do this now i can not use it because i use the one with the meter and i do not use my phone. Noone is addressing these people complaints. Get rid of these people doing things against the law and treating people any kind of way. Please stop using walgreens!
