This was the worst walgreens. I am visiting my daughter and decided to order invitations to be delivered at the store. Got notification that they were done. went in the store and some associate behind photo chewing told me they were not done but would be done the next morning. returned to the store to find out the machine is broken. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they did not have one. decided to call the 800 number and was told someone would call me back. No one did. I will never use a no caring drug like that.

If I could give no stars I would. My mom got to her 9:00 vaccine appointment on time and they told her they had to get “ready”. NO OTHER CUSTOMER WAS THERE!! A half hour later, she still hadn’t received her vaccine. WALGREENS, HAVE YOUR EMPLOYEES GET “READY” BEFORE THE 9:00 APPOINTMENT ARRIVES ON TIME, NOT MORE THAN A HALF HOUR LATER!! VERY ANNOYING AND VERY INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I’m very stressed going on vacation, had to be covid tested 3 days before travel date. I arrived to drive thru to be tested, it took 3 employees to give us kit through window. When I received test results in 24 hours, employees submitted wrong date. My husband was upset, I was stressed, we should be relaxed and ready for our trip. We returned to pharmacy and we retested (still waiting on results), at 6am California time we, including pharmacist Maria helped calling Ageis to assist changing date of submission. My family and I are thankful to Maria taking time from her busy evening and early morning to make calls knowing how important this is to us. I’m sad to say we lost sleep just thinking about what if. I strongly suggest Walgreens be a little more careful, and mindful with customers. Thank you once again to Maria and Ageis (it took 3rd person to figure it out).

I submitted a review for a product three different times, each time it was rejected. Shortened it up and made it VERY general by the point I had submitted the third review with NOTHING controversial in it whatsoever. Received an email each time that 'Walgreens had moderated my review' and to contact Customer Care for more information. Funny enough, contact Customer Care as indicated, not a single representative out of the three I spoke with could provide me with any review guidelines and they all just let the chat linger until they ended it. Abysmal customer service. The product I left a review for all appear to be positive and linked directly from the product's website. Walgreens is not trustworthy and moderates its reviews in favor of specific products - not a company we should trust or support.

The Pharmacy lines are always long with just one Cashier when the line is long they should pull one from the back .

Bad phone customer service. The customer service representative ended the chat without resolution as to the whereabouts of my online order.

I went to the store to make a purchase to earn a 5 dollar register reward. the catalina machine didn't print it. The cashier was upset at the fact that she needed to call a manager to assist. The manager was upset she was called to take care of the situation. Needless to say, I left without a resolution and feeling embarrassed by the way I was treated by walgreens staff. They were all so very rude and unprofessional. It's unfortunate that this company is being represented by employees who do not value their jobs.

I am so angry and disgusted as I write this review. Store #04753 - 14th and Superior, Lincoln, NE - I was walking in the door, a young man was in front of me, at the corner where the door is, he stops, hacks, and spits! I, of course, called him out on it and he thought it was funny, then asked to speak to a manager and she acted like it was no big deal! REALLY - we all walk in and out of that store and walking through SPIT is not my cup of tea! DISQUESTED
