Thank God that Publix Pharmacy has opened. I will never ever have to deal with the unprofessional employees at the Walgreen Pharmacy again. Those people can't count 30 days from one month to the next. Who hires these people?

I called store #7500 to ask about my photo order. The manager Greg had an attitude. I placed an order through the website on Sunday. I called asked Greg is it 3to5 business days from when the order is placed or when it is shipped as far as it being received. He said he doesn't know. Basically, told me I'll get it whenever it arrives. He knew nothing about the photo department, knew nothing about deliveries and then went on to try and tell me I ordered something when I did not. If he knows nothing, then he shouldn't be in a position where he would be asked questions regarding the store. I will never order with Walgreens, or at this point any future purchases. He offered no suggestions on answering my questions and basically kept saying he doesn't know. He in my eyes is a poor excuse of a manager and offered no other assistance in getting any answers.

Would not give them even one star if I had my way. Do not buy a Walgreens gift card. It cannot be used for online purchases. I guess they intend on customers never getting their money’s worth. Disappointing and deceptive. Beware!

Walgreens atascocita, is the most irresponsible pharmacy I’ve been at, two days of waiting on prescriptions I ran out , try calling the pharmacy and you on hold for 15+ minutes then phone hangs up poor service

Walgreens has the worst customer service ever, and don't care what customers think. When you call to complain some receptionist supposedly takes you complaint and tells you somebody from upper management will get in touch with you, what a joke. I guess the next Major drug store goes bankrupt it will be Walgreens.

I am a disabled. My Dr called a prescription for oxycodone in to the Walgreens on Bonford boulevard in Pueblo Co 81001. My prescription was to be filled to day, according to the law and my insurance. when I called to find out the status of my prescription I was informed that it could not be filled because the store was out of stock until Monday.I have know choice to wait until the store restocks . to transfer to another Walgreens or Walmart I need my Dr to readmit the prescription to another pharmacy. My Doctor's office is closed on the weekends This happens very often in Pueblo Co I have changed to different locations but still have the same trouble.I know that this problem doesn't have to exist with good management and good work ethic, good computer programs . The customer comes first I have been hearing that all my life as I worked I know that this kind of problem can be solved

This happened at the 899 Illinois Rte 59, Bartlett, IL 60103 location. The manager here falsely accused a customer of having stolen store products, when in fact they did not. The manager then made the customer have their bag searched; telling them they could not leave until she invaded their privacy. When the customer asked the manager for her name, the manager yelled at the customer; and banned them from the store. The manager here does not know how to respect or treat customers. Unless you're willing to put up with this immature behavior; I'd suggest visiting another Walgreens. This location is now against biker rights, as they recently mentioned on the site bike parking isn't allowed. This change likely had to do with the fact that the customer rode a bicycle to the store.

Walgreens 16100 ventura blvd., encino, ca. This store has the slowest pharmacy staff across the country. They loll about like no one has anywhere to be. With the price of gas these days, you would think they'd be more conscientious of peoples time and money. It's an absolute disgrace
