terrible service.I was in hospital total of 19 days.my nurse who was to release me called Walgreens to see if all my meds were ready because I was quite weak. when I got there 9 people in line and when I git ti pickipwindow I was told another 20 min meds weren't ready. I will never go back again for meds.They are very unorganized.

Even with a receipt you can not get your money back from walgreen They force you to take a gift card with the excuse they gave you points.I spent over 200 $and according to Walgreen management walgreen gave me 5 point’s l dit not ask for.so please be carful when shopping at walgreen.helma ritter

The location of this Walgreens is on Piney Orchard Rd in Odenton, MD. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism of the cashier at the pharmacy. First, the initial impression was not good because she had this dirty gray shirt on, with dirty hands and nails, as well as this orange hair in a large puffy ball that stuck out everywhere. She wore no employee id so I couldn't get her name. She walked back and forth from the register to the back to chat with the pharmacists. I arrived at the pharmacy at 3:01 PM and at 3:52 PM I walked out because that cashier screwed up my paperwork. Even though when I made the appointment online in advance for 3:20 PM 10/3/2022, it was accurate. I registered for the flu shot and a pneumonia vaccine. The cashier then changed the vaccine to a covid shot and something else. An actual female pharmacist told me that's was what was taking so long for me to be called for my 2 shots. So, in other words, that orange haired cashier deliberately manipulated data in the system. NO trusting Walgreens any longer!!!! I had to call my insurance company because she charged my insurance company for the 2 shots. I have the receipt. Furthermore, the black man giving the vaccines, was taking customers in front of me whose appointments were after me. I called Walgreens customer service to give a verbal review and the woman who heard me out was gracious and apologized, and said that my complaint would go to management but who knows.

COVID-19 appointment arrived 15 minutes before my appointment wasn’t seen until 30 after. It’s pointless using the app since the information is not centralized.

I online booked a flu and Covid vaccination for Sunday 1330hrs in Freedom 95019. I received a confirmation and reminder text. We live in Santa Cruz mountains, a 30 minute drive to Freedom. I arrived 15 minutes in advance as recommended and waited in line. At exactly 1330 when I finally arrived at the front of the line the staff told me they are closing for lunch till 1400. According to staff they have no control over the online booking slots. Its totally unacceptable and unprofessional as well as no consideration for their customers. I couldn't wait till 1400 as we have already planned the day around the appointment slot and had my husband and dogs waiting in the car. Disgraceful customer service!

Over 16,000 Visa reward points lost to Walgreens. They took the reward points directly off my personal credit card! Walgreens' staff do not even understand this system and no one ever explained it correctly. Both employees asked, had no explanations. One even said reward points were connected to an unknown Walgreens reward account? According to my bank, not Walgreens, I was suppose to receive a discount at time of purchase. Many purchases I made had no cash discount at purchase. One month Walgreens took 6000 points off my rewards. I do not want them in any of my banking accounts!! I refuse to continue to do business with them. Egregious practice and extremely poor communication with customers.

Worst customer service ever! Great that I would receive emails or texts that my prescription refill is ready. But when I try to prepay through them, it would always say service unavailable or system error. I tried calling the customer service and all they did was keep on transferring me from one department to another. To top it all when nobody knew how to help me, they would hang up on me or make it seem that the line went down. It was like this for me for almost an hour and yet nobody was able to help! Horrible, horrible Walgreens customer service that is non-existent...
