Horrible must be a terrible place to work, because they act like they just don’t care, the pharmacy is a joke, try filling a script, was on hold 49 minutes got disconnected! Just close enough for me to walk to. It has gotten progressively worse bad before pandemic so that’s not the reason

I have had zero success trying to get someone to even pick up the phone in the pharmacy. After being left on hold for 1 hr 30 minutes and then the call dropped. This happened twice today, but I didn't hold on for that long the 2nd time hanging up. Their phone service is the worst I've ever encountered. Even when I finally spoke to a real person, he put me on hold for 15 minutes and the called dropped again.

The least customer focused and by far the least reliable pharmacy. DO NOT count on them to keep any appointment with their pharmacy. I had them not honor my appointment on multiple occasion. Today was the last straw where I had an appointment which I double confirmed (yesterday) and still when I showed up, they told that they are having a problem with their system and would need to reschedule my Covid appointment but they willing to give my flu shot (hmm what system problem that accepts flu shots but not Covid vaccine). They lie and they don't care

Walgreens pharmacy on pines road in Shreveport it the rudest pharmacy ever! I get recorded messages telling me my prescription is ready, when I get there , they tell me they have to order it or it's not ready, I called to check on a prescription n was told the price, I told them I would be by to get it the next day, when my nephew went to pick it up, he was told they didn't have anything for me. So I called n was told they have to put it in the computer n I can get it the next day because they are closing, my nephew went through the drive through line n waited twice n was told they don't have anything. Every time the girl or the guy is rude talking . So now I will have all my prescriptions transferred to CVS.

I had an appointment to get a Covid vaccination at the Walgreens store in Georgetown Kentucky and drove 40 miles to get there only to find that they were closed? I was never notified by text or phone that they would not be able to fulfill my appointment. I contacted their customer service and they were of no help at all. Walgreens used to be a good place to shop and now it is awful. I’m taking my business to an independent pharmacy from now on.

Due poor service, we transfered all prescriptions to a pharmacy other than Walgreens. Upon refilling one of wife's prescriptions it was over $120 cheaper than at Walgreens. Same med, same manufacturer, same insurance, same everything buy WAY less expensive.

So I called in my prescription. The young lady answered the phone, and it was not professional at all. So I paused for a minute, then I asked her how was she feeling today. Every answer I asked her, she would short answer me. Like she didn't feel like talking. There is a few of them that's not friendly at all. But this young lady stood out like a sore thumb. I ask her what was her name, she said Madeline

Just wanted to get vaccinated for Covid and flu but nothing is ever simple at Walgreens. First went to store at 441 and Yamato. The people there told me I couldn't make an appointment there but had to call an 800 number. I asked if they took walk ins. They said they didn't know!!! You can't make this stuff up. So I went online and made an appointment at the Walgeens on Clint Moore Rd. I was informed that my insurance would cover the Covid booster but I "couldn't be found" for the flu shot. This took over half an hour. Pretty sure Walgreens could care less.
