#6204 site in Sandy Springs, Ga needs better training or replacement of operations manager. Recent conversation with such person found poor communication skills with customer service , spoke rapidly, unclear with information and did not appreciate my questions. The reason for the conversation was wrong address, doctor name etc. on my. prescription, despite repeated corrections….previously. Will change as cannot depend on employee competence.

So every week a pharmacy has a sale on Cola. Walgreens is THE ONLY ONE that has a limit on how may at sale price. Pepsi this week was 3 for 9.99. So I load A cart full walk past the clerk several times looking for other items. At the check out the same clerk says Pepsi is limit of 3 for the sale price ‼️ So I put them all back in the pile along with 56 dollars worth of other items went to RITE AID got the same deal but was able to buy 9 with no worries. If it’s on sale What difference dies it make how many I buy. BYE WALGREENS.

I went into your store last night and when checking out, the cashier, Najee was so incredibly professional and friendly. Thank you for the great customer service, Najee!

My wife has been hospitalized twice in the past 8 days (stroke). Her PCP authorized her to take Ativan while in the hospital along with her sleep medication and wrote her a prescription for Ativan when she left the hospital last evening. Today the non-helpful pharmacist at Walgreens refused to fill the prescription because she thought it might interfere with her sleep medication. She did not inform us she was not filling it until I tried to pick it up. She was angry that the doctor had not returned her calls and I informed her the doctor was closed on Wednesdays. I stressed the importance of my wife getting her prescribed medication and she responded "I'm a pharmacist. You can't tell me what to do." Do not use this pharmacy if you think you might actually need to receive the medications your doctor prescribes. I called Walgreens Corporate complaint line to see if I could get the medication for my wife. They took my complaint and said someone would get back to me within two business days. I don't want to wait two days for my wife to get her prescribed medication.

Using Walgreen's website, I booked an appointment to receive the vaccination for Tuesday, 10/4/2022 at 12:45PM at 9580 Kenwood Rd, Blue Ash, OH 45242. The forms to receive the flu shot were also completed ahead of time. I received a confirmation and reminder text from Walgreens. I waited line approximately 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time and checked in with the pharmacy tech and waited another 35 to 40 minutes for the pharmacist to give me the vaccination. The pharmacist kept me waiting until she gave vaccinations to two other customers who had called the store that morning but had not registered online nor had registered through the 800-phone number and they were not on the schedule. They arrived after I was checked in. The two customers were also given extra time to complete their paperwork manually before getting their vaccine. However, I was able communicate to the pharmacist the poor customer service received. I received my flu vaccine and exited the Walgreens store at 1:35 PM.

Walgreens did not think through the ramifications of going "paperless" for coupon application on store purchases. 50 + years of loyal patronage down the drain. Bring back the paper in-store coupons for Heaven's sake. Website keeps telling me that my email of 25 years is "invalid". Just missed out on savings of 2.50 after pleading my case to manager who obviously could have cared less. All she kept saying was to call corporate # I had already pulled 9 prescriptions from pharmacy to a competitor over Walgreens over pricing. I will stop going to Walgreens altogether even though inconvenient for me, as CVS is further away. Goodbye and good luck with the "improved" method. SMH

Just wanted to say how thoughtful Diane was in getting my prescription sorted out! A computer glitch erased my insurance info and Diane took the time to research and restore my info, and had the courtesy of calling me back quickly to let me know it was all resolved! Big Thank You! to Diane at Walgreens at 1759 Hylan Blvd in Staten Island NY! Great customer service!

Walgreens store 104-25 Queens Blvd has a very burnt out male pharmacist who is always on the defense and finds it difficult to be pleasant. Errors are always the fault of someone or something other than the location. Please get them some help and training.
