I purchased a $100.00 Lyft gift card at Walgreens in Columbus Ohio 2150 E Dublin Granville Rd so I could travel to an important Doctor's appointment. The pin number on the card was misprinted and it would not work. Returned to the store for an exchange or refund and was basically told tough luck. After demonstrating to the manager the card was bad I was told they would remove the remaining cards and was told to call corporate and if it was a legitimate claim they would open an investigation. Returning to the store the next day I noticed the Lyft cards were still there and the same day recieved an email from corporate stating the card was scanned at that store on that date and again tough luck. It is bad enough that a disabled senior citizen loses a hundred bucks and misses a doctor's appointment but to be treated like you have done something wrong is only adding to insult. Walgreens doesn't care. Wish I had read these reviews earlier. How could they have made it better? #1, Place a sign over these gift cards stating buy at your own risk. #2. Do not lie to customers to pacify them

Bought an eye patch and cotton balls, all store prices are ~20% extra than online prices, and they will not price match. Horrible. They should close their stores and stay online only. Generally you rush to pharmacies for emergencies, as you can't wait till you buy online and receive the same. This is the advantage Walgreens is taking, charging 20% extra in store, try other pharmacies like Walmart, Publix, Target, etc.

The prescription service at store 10079 in Muskegon Mi sucks. They fill stuff when they want to, change quantities as they want to, resulting in needless trips and aggravation and then have the nerve to say they are making things line up....after 2 years of same excuse it is worse not better

Called in my prescription on a Friday,told it will be ready after 10 am the following day. Went to pick up and pharmacy closed on Saturday and Sunday. That’s it,changing to Walmart !

Yesterday my doctor called in 2 prescriptions to the local Walgreens, Cambridge, MD. This am, 12:23 they called and left a message on the answering machine that they were ready. I went there at 1:30pm to pick them up and was told that one was ready and that the other would not be available untill after lunch. Looking at the clock to verify the time I commented that some one had called and said that they were ready for pickup. She said that they would be available after 2:30. Now 4:53 pm and still no call that they are in fact ready. Tried submitting the online form to consumer relations and when I hit the submit button it cleared all the responses; not once but twice. Called consmer relations and got connected to someone who said his name was Louis. Could tell right from the get go that this was going to be a waste of time and it most certainly was. As the song goes; bye, bye, so long, farewell, but I won't be seeing you in September or any other month.

Cheyenne WY store. A few years sho, I actually got yelled at by a pharmacist at a Walgreens location. My husband took care of that right away. At the other location the other day I waited in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes, which I expected. Then, I get up to the window only to be told by this piece of trash worker. “Our computers are down, so you can’t buy it!” No education, no customer service skills whatsoever. Yes, Walgreens is big and corporate and only care about their bottom line. I am never going to darken the door of a Walgreens ever again.Maybe there should be a huge influx of complaints to the Better Business Bureau. Might help. Worth a shot.

We waited ten minutes in the drive thru and nobody came to the window. We waited forever and that is unacceptable.

I will never let my doctor call here for my prescription again. The service is very slow. Only 2 people in line and I have to wait 35’ . The employees just take their time even though they know that you are waiting. If I read the reviews before, I would never came here. It’s so true. Walgreen at 350 N Capitol Square Mall.
