I scheduled an appointment online for 4 shots. There was no issue with it online. When I showed up, on time, I was told that I could not get 4 vaccinations in one day because of health reasons. I noticed that while I was driving to Walgreens, I received a voicemail stating that I could get 2 vaccinations at 9:30, the other 2 from 10-4 the same day. I also had to pay a copay for the flu shot, the pharmacist said it would be free if I went somewhere else but he did not know where. I agreed to pay. I understand employees being stressed out, people not showing up, insurance being difficult to work with, but why be so condescending to customers? 3 of 4 of the employees behind the counter chose to argue with me about the conflicting info. The only silent one was the person who left the voicemail. If there was a mistake, I would have completely understood, but the way it was explained to me in such an aggressive tone was uncalled for. I remember a previous time this happened at the same location over a drive thru Covid test. I never raised my voice only questioned why the voicemail conflicted with what I was told. But it was apparent even before this that Getting my vaccines was not something that they were happy to do. 15 minutes after the scheduled appt., I received 2 vaccines. I was glad to get out of there and I will not be going back to our local Walgreens in the future. One more thing, why is the online app not keep track of all vaccines. In the past, I always go to Walgreens yet when I look at my account, only some are on there. Just frustrating. Glen Carbon, Il

The people at the pharmacy isn’t customer friendly or really any help at all called for a prescription and insurance the worker was being rude and held a attitude the whole call. I went into the store and I was just overall frustrated and disappointed. I did not feel like I was being helped. Walgreens very unprofessional the workers seem like they did not like their job . Walgreens must just be hiring anybody to help people

This Walgreen's on West Tunnel Blvd In Houma is the worst. I went there on 10/24/22 at 1 pm and the male manager on duty at the front of the store was unhelpful and rude. Corporate must be clearly grabbing from the bottom of the barrel with this guy. Our family has several hundreds of dollars in prescriptions we get from this location every month, we are transferring them to another pharmacy, so long for good Walgreen's, you blew it.

I was denied the free Covid booster today at the Walgreens in Monmouth, IL. I am so done with Walgreens. Used to be a good store. What is up with that?

I would not trust the care of a ant with Walgreens. I never utilize Walgreen's pharmacy but had no choice this time because CVS did not have the medication in the form that I needed, After a major surgery, my husband picked up my prescription. He was informed that they don't file insurance that he would have to call the number on the back of his card and file it. My husband did not use the time to debate because regardless I needed the medication. He was charged $123.00 a 40 qty supply, however they only gave me 20 pills. This is not only unethical, fraudulent behavior but very dangerous because I am left without needed medication for an extended amount of time which can lead to serious health complications. Why am I left without it? Because Walgreens closes some of their pharmacies over the weekend so the pharmacy that did originally filled the prescription is not open to discuss it. Therefore, no other Walgreen's pharmacy will address it because of what is stated in the system. That is not care that you can trust.

I have had my prescriptions through Walgreen's for many years now, which is my own fault for not switching to CVS. The Woonsocket location refuses to have more than one cashier, resulting in lines of 10 - 15 people that takes an inordinate time to move through. I requested a refill through thier website 8 days ago and still don't have my rx. Thier lack of customer service is overwhelming. Walgreen's should rise to the occasion and help the needs of thier paying customers, but the buffoons they hire refuse to do so. Hang your head in shame Walgreen's. I wish I had my heart meds but you're too stupid to comply with customer service.

I went to Walgreens at Lansdowne in Lexington, Kentucky. I went there to get my Covid booster and my flu shot. Unfortunately, there were three people there for the same appointment time as I. Others were also waiting. They were so overbooked. I feel very confident with their pharmacy staff, but Walgreens management is not taking care of their employees. Managements expectations of their employees is unreasonable. Are used to love to go to Rite Aid but Walgreens them out. I miss the atmosphere Rite Aid exhibited.
