Total lack of communication. Phones are NEVER picked up. If you could text them it works solve most of the problem but texting is a one way street. Costco or a mail in pharmacy blow away Walgreens outdated useless customer service. Waited 45 mins and never once spoke to a person.

Walgreens located at 2595 Peachtree Parkway, Cumming, GA is the worst pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. Your RX will never be ready even when you request a refill days in advance. When my insurance will allow for a 90 supply for maintenance medication does not mater to this pharmacist. She will always give you a 30 supply so you will have to make 3 trips ea g month, wait ever time, and pay more. My Doctor said she asked him why I filled Lipitor at CVS. The reason was it was over a year ago before I changed to this Walgreens. My Doctor said she was rude to him. Even the pharmacy techs which are great quietly will transfer my RX’s to another pharmacy since they are aware of her unprofessionalism. You will wait, wait, wait. It will always be a hassle. I just picked up my RX and she forgot to include one that actually was ready. Since my time isn’t valuable I spend time again tomorrow to pick this one up. What a joke! I’m not sure you can teach people to provide good customer service. I have way too many bad experiences from her. Don’t waste your time and pass along!

Worst pharmacy I ever had prescriptions filled. The staff is rude and condescending and are barely open when the hours say that they should be. They have a 40 year old alcoholic working in the pharmacy and she never shows up to work so we don’t get our prescriptions. this has been an ongoing problem and it has yet to be fixed and I don’t see it being fixed anytime soon. Waiting at Walgreens Pharmacy : Kirby Whitten and Stage in Bartlett TN…. Nobody cares if you stand here in line for an HOUR to get medicine called in 8 hours ago! Stupid people!

I have had so many problems with my prescriptions. They never get filled on time, and they are always out of one of them and almost never bother to tell me. I will NEVER be doing business with them again.

This Company has gone down the toilet in recent years. The people that run the stores have zero personality and zero skills for the job that they fail at. The store itself is packed with zero talent and I have been having problems for years and just cutting back on all my perscriptions going to smaller neighborhood places until I will not use Walgreens at all anymore. i WOULD LEAVE NO STARS IF i COULD.

Went to Walgreens with my 85 year old mother who had just be discharged from a 3 day admittance in the hospital. She had been seriously sick. The Doctor has called a prescription in to Walgreens. We went through the drive through and discovered their computer did not indicate a prescription was sent yet. We waited a while there outside. I decided to go inside to check. My mother was extremely exhausted but insist we get the medication before going home. As I approached the waiting line. I heard the pharmacist ask the rep. was this the lady at the drive thru. She nodded yes. I didn't know we had make this much of a memorable impact at the drive through. When my turn came up to go through the counter, the rep (same lady at the drive thru) left the counter. (Okayyy) I went to another open counter when I heard the same pharmacist exclaimed "these urgent care people will have to wait. Now I really didn't think we were that famous. The lady behind the counter check to see whether the prescription was in the computer. In the meantime, I check the discharge papers. When I looked up, there were two workers there stareing suspicious at me. (I promise I hadn't ask for illegal drugs or anything just antibiotics) The worker advised the other one that she told me it wasn't in the computer. I had never been dealt such a humiliation from a pharmacist at a hospital discharge. The treatment was over the top and not deserving. I had to travel back to hospital with my 85 year old tired mother and got them to transfer the meds to CVS where I was treated like a regular customer and not a nuisance. Horrible experience.
