They received my prescription 25 hours ago and still haven't gotten to it. I called 3 times and could only reach an automated system so came to the store. They apparently wouldn't fill it if you weren't present. I have used this pharmacy before. They have my info on file. Awful. This is the 2 nd time they've done yhis to me. Do not go to the Norwood Ma location on Walpole Street.

Walgreens at 7901 Ritchie Hwy. I scheduled my booster COVID-19 and flu shots online. Arriving early, I walk to the Pharmacy department. The COVID-19 station was CLOSED with SHUTTERS DOWN and ZERO DIRECTIONS on where flu shot recipients are supposed to go. As I stand there confused where I'm supposed to check-in, I see a small card reader with folks sitting or standing by so I used it figuring this is what I needed to sign into to get my shots. I provide my driver's license and health insurance. Then, I sit down for roughly 10 minutes. Zero activity or sound from the vaccination station. Therefore, I stand in the long customer service line for "Pick up/Drop Off" with one cashier. Again, there was ZERO indication that this was the line I needed to be in to get my shots. NO COVID-19/FLU SHOT DIRECTIONS ANYWHERE. After waiting 20 minutes in line, I still noticed ZERO activity in the vaccination room. As I am third in line, I get a call from the nurse at the first station I used my driver's license and health insurance, so I got out of the "Pick Up/Drop Off" line. I had to knock on the nurse's door since she shut it immediately after calling my name. I told her that I am so confused with where I'm supposed to get my COVID and flu shots and she stated that she was not the vaccination nurse and that I needed to wait in the long "Pick Up/Drop Off" line. Extremely annoyed for wasting my time with ZERO DIRECTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE OR IN MY EMAIL APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION, I stated that I am leaving the store; forget the appointment. Due to this extremely lackluster display for common customer curtesy and service, I will never return to another Walgreens ever again. Great job Walgreens.

What a dump they usually don't have the medication I need. They aren't dependable my prescriptions are over a 1 to 1.5 weeks late getting filled sometimes,and this could have TERRIBLE consequences. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST IF POSSIBLE!!!!

Warrenton location. So our insurance no longer lets us go to the bright, clean, professional looking CVS. We are stuck with Walgreens. Dark, Dingy, rude, I was asking how to check in for a flue shot and was "waved away". I missed a button on making the appointment. Was there waiting for at least 20 minutes in line and while they tried to find my appointment. There was no-one there for vaccinations the entire time I was waiting. The person who would have done the vaccination had absolutely no-one. She was the one who waved me away twice and was just milling around.

72nd & CROWN point Walgreens gave disappointing service in regards dropping off return shipments for FedEx two times in last 3 months. The reason was that'the log in info was changed & no one knew the new user ID & Password for the FedEx system '

Walgreens.com is pushing pick up at store & same day delivery The problem.... LONG BEACH NY WALGREENS is either unwilling or unable to accomplish this And when you complain that an order is not ready and was promised 5 hrs ago you get abused by the staff who tells you they are too busy I placed an order at 830 on line that was promised in 30 mins.... after 5 hrs I called ... at 3 pm I cancelled I replaced the order with a same day delivery order promised by 8pm.... at 930 pm they notified me I wd get it another day So I made other arrangements on line... I tried this service 4x Walgreens failed all 4 times They don't understand when we are ill we need otc meds..... they don't seem to care It's sad. Walgreens is a good company but this store is SHAMEFUL Update: I called the store at 945pm& asked for the store manager & spoke to J**** who told me I needed to call door dash. THIS "MANAGER" did not even know that you place deliver orders on the Walgrees website This store is a model of incompetence I finally gave up& ordered on line. I will receive this AM from that online purchase HOW DOES A DRUG STORE CHAIN NOT UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS IMPORTANT O-T-C medication be delivered timely I called 800# & they refuse to cancel my order - I need to wake up early & call the local store or I will be charged for an order I no longer need or want.

Really slow service! I came here to take a flu shot, with an appointment, and they are just not replying!! I have been waiting in the line, for them to reply to me for more than 1 hour and got no response. They are just saying you have to wait at the side for no reason, they have no one who has to take a flu shot and I can see the doctor sitting idle since I came here. I asked her almost 10 times and she has just been saying that you need to wait! There is just one employee working with the customers in drive thru and in store.

Why did this happen??? Walgreens on Red Bud Rd Calhoun, GA I went in on 11/2 and had 5 new medications filled (ones I've never taken before). I noticed that on some days I had an extreme "medicine head high" feeling. Today I went to take my medicines and accidentally dumped a few on the table. I noticed that they didn't look alike- from the same bottle. Turns out that they put a few blood pressure pills in the bottle and filled the rest with my anxiety medication. This whole week I thought I was taking a new blood pressure pill but instead I was doubling up on my anxiety medicine-thus the medicine head "high" feeling. I called the pharmacy today and the lady who answered acted like it was no big deal- but it is. I was given the blood pressure medicine because my blood pressure has been at stroke level. What if I had had a stroke? What if it was someone else and they could have gotten seriously sick or died from a drug allergy or intercation. I've always loved that pharmacy but not anymore! Especially when the lady who answered acted like it was no big deal. You need to find out WHY this happened
