Can not get a hold of Unable to get in touch With pharmacy without WAITING HOURS ON HOLD

Trying to refill prescriptions with your automated service is like pulling teeth. Please do something about this. Lately I also have problems trying to pick up prescriptions. I am switching pharmacies.

My fiance has stage four cancer she's been trying to get her pain meds filled since Friday it's now Monday they're refusing to refill it at the Walgreens close by our house and the Walgreens that the doctor called the prescription into is refusing to fill it what kind of a business are these people running when people are in pain

Absolutely the most unorganized system, workers have no idea what they are doing 5 ppl behind counter 10 ppl in line! I am changing my prescriptions elsewhere!

It’s unacceptable that I had to wait more than 5 days for breathing medications. The staff in pharmacy is rude, if you can’t supply your customers with their medication in a timely matter then maybe you should reevaluate your team. After decades of this being my first choice now I will switch my prescriptions to somewhere else and I will become my last place

Everytime now when I or my doctor calls in a prescription they are out ir must do a PA. I've filled my last one with them . They were out of my medication again.

Bought my daughter a Birchbox subscription card for Christmas. Birchbox is filing for bankruptcy and don’t honor the gift cards. Walgreens sold the card and no refunds. What kind of bs is that?
