My prescription is at Walgreens I asked to have it refilled and two days later I was told there was a problem with it. I then called another Walgreens and they informed me there was no pharmacist at my usual store but they will have to order it and it would be in Monday. Wasn’t in Monday or Tuesday I switched pharmacies and got it. Very poor service. Now I am just switching all medications.

The pharmacy has either bad management
The pharmacy has either bad management, not enough employees, or both. As a Senior citizen it is really tough to wait in line 45 minutes or more to get prescriptions. I had to return home without my antibiotics. Still waiting after 3 hours. The girl in the pharmacy said I couldn't get mine because they had 180 prescriptions to fill. Not my fault. Hire more people.

Bad commercials
Your commercials, make me not wanna shop at your store and weil I look at your rating and wonder why it is so low. I can only imagine that you're making bad choices and the commercials are just one of them

Been torturing myself at theWalgreen's…
Been torturing myself at the Walgreen's pharmacy @ 3100 McCart Ave, FW, TX for years. Worst pharmacy I have ever used. The turnover rate is through the roof, they could care less about doing their job, much less providing any customer service, they are so slow in helping customers you swear it is intentional, Rx's not ready when they promised, lost prescriptions, reoccurring monthly prescriptions just randomly don't get filled with no apology or explanation, and I could go on, but you get the picture. Moving across the street to CVS and hopeful they are better. Frankly, I do not know how they could be worse. No one working there looks happy and they way they cycle through there, they must quit or transfer to a different store. Unbelievable way to run a store. I even talk to other customers when I can (since we are standing in line for 30 minutes while their understaffed pharm techs saunter about ignoring everyone on the phone, in the drive thru, or at the counter) to see if they have any of the same issues and I have never met a person that did not loathe this pharmacy! I told them I had enough after the 3rd visit to pick up my monthly (going on 6 yrs) rx's that they failed to get right and that I would be going elsewhere from now on and they just started at me, like they could care less... Why don't you do something about this horrible place? Have you even read your Google reviews?

One Star is too much …
Hate to start comment with improper language but I just spent 2 hours driving to two Walgreens pharmacies to get prescription filled and that does not include the time on the phone. I had Dr call in prescription early morn to ensure it would be ready late afternoon. Repeatedly the status given was “in process” after 3p I drove to the Walgreens and was informed they did not have one drug and the other could not be filled until the next day because they were busy?? I called customer service who suggested I call other Walgreens and see if they have the drugs. I was on hold for 20 mins so I drove to a Walgreens who said they had the prescriptions but it would be one and a half hour to wait. They said they had 40 prescriptions ahead of me? Although there was not one person waiting, the tech let me know they are not taking “walk ups?” I asked if they could transfer my prescription to grocery store near me and they said it would be 24-48 hours. I had to again wait on phone for first Walgreens store to cancel the order (the second Walgreens couldn’t cancel it although the perscription is store wide ?) I then had to call my dr to make a call to the grocery store. Who btw couldnt have had nicer techs and were happy to help me out by getting the order filled right away. I WILL NEVER USE WALGREENS AGAIN. There was no communication even tho I am a member. There was no effort to understand what a mess this process was and fill a small order while I waiited.
I had to give one star as that is the lowest option. I guess the one star represents the store was open - but as they say, no one home.

When did Walgreens start deciding if someone should have meds
Since when does Walgreens decide if a patient should have a particular prescription? That should be up to a doctor. I’ve been filling my prescriptions at Walgreens for years. I have Fibromyalgia nerve pain and chronic fatigue. One day Walgreens just decided not to fill my meds anymore. They had them for several days and nobody told me they refused to fill them until my husband went to get them. I had just had a procedure done at my doctor’s office and I wasn’t in any shape to speak to anyone. But I called them anyway. They said I couldn’t have one of them unless it was written by a psychiatrist but they would fill the other. I had to go back to my doctor the next day for another procedure. When I told them what Walgreens told me, someone at my doctor’s office called them. Walgreens told them they wouldn’t fill either of them. After my second procedure I was out of it for the rest of the day, much more than the first day. I was out of my meds and I couldn’t talk to anyone to find another pharmacy. Walgreens doing this is bad enough, but for them to do it after I had those procedures done was horrible. I was so out of it I couldn’t do ANYTHING to find a place to fill the meds.

Yesterday when my son's pediatrician…
Yesterday when my son's pediatrician prescribed the medicine, Walgreens said the Qvar Redihaler cost$60. The person who picked up the telephone said there is coupon and when I went back to the pharmacy the medicine costs $200. What is this? Cheating customers. I called the insurance and I am hoping the doctor will prescribed thru mail order for 3 month supply. Who can afford this? If you are illegal immigrant you will get everything for free in this country.
