If I could give 0 stars
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I use digital healthcare company for ADHD management that was created to make mental healthcare more accessible. It is an accredited healthcare company and I have been using for the last 3 months. After filling multiple prescriptions from my doctor, Wal Greens on Saratoga in Corpus Christi, TX, put my prescription on hold. After waiting 24 hours with no status change I call to inquire and am told the new pharmacy manager needs me to go to “an actual doctor” to request my medicine. 1) They have already been filling the prescriptions. 2) I had to call to find out why it was on hold. If the pharmacist truly cared for patient care, they would have called immediately to inform of the issue. Anyone knows that you cannot just stop this type of medication without withdrawal effects. Apparently Wal Greens’ pharmacists are now doctors. The lack of empathy, unwillingness to call my doctor, and disrespectful tone when I was told to go see “an actual doctor” is unacceptable for anyone working in the medical field. Never ever will I use Wal Greens again. Luckily there are other pharmacies with educated pharmacists that recognize I use “an actual doctor.”
