I don’t even want to give one star. It’s absolutely appalling that the pharmacy is closed on the weekends. This pharmacy is horrible. They have bankers hours! My script was called over on a FRIDAY! A FRIDAY! I called Monday I was told I could pick it up IN THE AFTERNOON!! I need these meds. Needless to say I am switching pharmacy’s wallgreens should be shamed of themselves

The pharmacy on Davis Drive in Morrisville NC has the absolute worst service I have ever encountered in my entire life. You can’t get through to the pharmacy. You’re on hold for 45 plus minutes and when the phone finally starts to ring, someone picks up and puts you on hold again. I called the front of the store to speak with a store manager and am told that there is nothing he can do about it due to staff shortages. He tells me to either wait on hold or come to the store. I have been trying to get a refill for an entire week. I certainly wouldn’t have given a 1 star if I could have given no stars. I am highly disappointed!!! Needless to say, I still do not have my prescription.

Mandi is the best

We've been a customer of the Franklin,Virginia store for 16 years. We've been using the exact same prescriptions and doses of each throughout that entire time. The Franklin, Virginia store had zero quality control, because it's extremely rare when I can call a refill in and pick the meds up, completely filled and in a timely manner. I am tired of partial fills for me and my son every single time a refill is ordered. I am tired of trying to pick up the remainder as promised by the store, only to be told prescriptions still aren't ready. It's downright ridiculous. I am tired of attitudes of some of the staff, when I show my disapproval of their inaction. I am tired of their not filing my prescription, if the copay is above a certain amount, because they want to be sure I can pay for it. Hello, check my chart in your system. I always pay for it. They appear to experience high turnover of employees, which could be part of the problem, but customers shouldn't have to pay for that with inconvenience. I'm waiting right now for the completion of a partial that was called in 6 days ago and promised to be filed no later than 2 days ago. I am tired of having to make multiple trips to the store for the same prescriptions, because of partial fills. Get it together Franklin, Virginia Walgreens!

Employee on national road wouldn't show me where item was only to say its down isle and then got attitude and said i can't show you its not allowed then went back to the front to talk behind my back, very disappointed in customer service very hateful cashier

Worse service in Vegas on Decatur and Altar in pharmacy as the staff tell me after standing in line for an hour for prescriptions WALGREENS CUT HOURS AND NOW DEAL WITH IT OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. SO GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. THANK YOU BUT NO THANK YOU. HORRIBLE

Oh walgreens, I used to be a former employee and let me tell you I'm glad to see how horrible these reviews are. They are one of the worst companies to work for that are more worried about their staff stealing from them than the people that actually do and walk out without a slap on the wrist. I will never use them for my prescriptions or anything else again, they are one the worst companies on the market and I wouldn't be surprised if they go down like Rite Aid.
