WalgreensReviews of walgreens.com

#03608 Walgreens 1705 U.S. 1 Vero Beach Walgreens, I've been blessed with my health for 62 years, really never have to use a pharmacy. Just recently I've run into some ailments and have been going to the pharmacy located above. You really can't teach the service of customer relations but to hope for the best ! From the pharmacist helping at the pick up counter to all the others that are there working the counter, I have seen nothing but great attitudes and my prescription ready quicker than quick ! I wish I could put more money in their pockets to show my appreciation, but would you let them know for me. Thank you for a good job ! Johnny Layer

I was in the Middleboro store (conner of 105 & 28) around 6 PM. Pharmacist ws on phone but appeard to be on hold. I waited for close to 5 Minitues and said "can I ask you a quick question?" he Barked " I'M ON THE PHONE!" The tech blushed and looked down. I just walked away. Very dissiponited. I will go out of my way and go to the Rx down the street from now on

Bad customer service, they talk to much and they take too long to take care of the customer

The Walgreens on 2700 W. Picacho Ave in Las Cruces, N.M. has amazing customer service. At the pharmacy, Angelica helped me out tremendously. I'm 66 and I forget and can't hear well and she patiently helped me out. Very friendly too. Explained every detail I needed to understand. I've always had great amazing customer service here.

Awful site & company keeps getting worse

These people have no sense of customer service. They take your information, put you on hold and then transfer you to another staff person. Then it starts over again. It took me 61 minutes to simply pay for a prescription over the phone.

Mi experiencia fue pésima en la farmacia que queda en la siguiente ubicación 770w 29st33012,no son profesionales y tampoco tienen ética profesional, no le recomiendo la farmacia te tratan mal y no te atienden.
