9285 Halls Ferry Road, Jennings, MO 63136 This Walgreen's Pharmacy is HORRIBLE! I work in cancer care for about 20 practitioners and every single time we have to call this store our nerves cringe. They will "answer" without saying a word and place you on hold, repetitively. MOST of the time my reason for call would take, legit, less than 1 minute of their time! This store is absolutely ridiculous. For instance, currently calling them, been on hold for just under 16 minutes now to tell them that a medication is covered and needs to be reprocessed. LESS than a minute of conversation! How is this fair to my patients who are trying to acquire their meds?? Medication was at a different store, unfortunately, this one is in her neighborhood and she chose this place.

Went online for a product price at my local store. Price was higher in store. I went out of my way to save a few bucks rather than using CVS which I can't stand either. If I had ordered it for store pick up the price was cheaper even though I still would have had to go in pick it up and pay for it. AND to order online pick up I would have had to spend one more penny to get the order for pick up. What a racket!!!!! They don't deserve the one star!

I have been going to my neighborhood Walgreens, at aborn and capitol expressway in San Jose, for more than 15 years, for my prescriptionsand drugstoreneeds. But that stopped last week when Walgreens decided to Join the wave of fascism rolling over this country, and took away products that support women's reproductive rights.I can get my prescriptions at Costco for less money, and I can get my drugstore products at target. It's too bad you have no backbone. Bye Felicia.

My remote key system in my car said low battery while I was driving . I got nervous and went to a Walgreens near me.. I bought Energizer CR2032 I paid $12.41. Later in the day, I went to Shop Rite to and spotted they were selling them for $4.39. I called my sister about it and she said she bought them at CVS for $6.40 Really Walgreens really!?!? It was my first time in Walgreens!

Walgreen 100 broadway elmwood park nj. The manager screamed in my and my small children’s faces (while spitting when yelling. He made up gross lies and said I made a commotion while he was in fact making a commotion. I didn’t even raise my voice. He was screaming at us and refused to listen to the issue of the pharmacist make multiple mistakes. They stole money from my debit card and then called me racii it st and said I was harassing him. I have every right to get the money back that they stole. He called me racist because HE stole money from me and asked for it back. He accused me of stealing and threatening. I’d never stolen or threatened anyone in my like. The staff at that store makes up vile stories when they try to cover for their mistakes (mistakes at a pharmacy can hurt or kill someone). They do not belong working at a pharmacy or with costumer service. They are truly dangerous criminals. Please don’t go there unless you want stories made up about you and given the wrong Rx. Please be careful, these people are out to get and hurt their customers.

You bowed to the fascist people taking away womans right to choose. Now you've lost all of my business. I will never shop at a Walgreens again. Theres plenty more places to get my meds and whatever else I need but walgreens just lost me as a customer. CVS is 4 miles closer and Walmart is only one mile past you. Yeah I know I'm only one customer and I alone will not effect your profits but I wont shop with a company that supports the party if treasonous traders to America... 🖕🖕

On March 10, 2023, I had tried to use my Pay Flex card to make couple of orders. In both cases, the order couldn’t be processed. However, Walgreens still charged my PayFlex card for $126 dollars. In addition, a smaller amount was charged to my other credit cards (as Walgreens requires a second card also inputted when PayFlex charge card I used). I called the Walgreens customer service agents but they are unhelpful. I do not know how to get back the charges on my PayFlex card and the other card. Walgreens frequently have online technology issues and I will now stop ordering online and go to CVS store. Very bad experience.

How could a public company bow down to repugnant GOP politicians? You have made a decision not to sell a legal drug in Florida because of political views. I have been a Walgreens customer for many many years but no longer. I guess this is why your stock tanked recently. And I certainly hope you feel the revenue loss from so many people who take their business from your company.
