Sherry Parker even though it was a busy afternoon for Sherry and between waiting on customers at the checkout counter, she came to the photo area to help with my photo experience with so much patience. Thank you Sherry
Stephanie Pitts it’s just a awesome and patient employee as difficult as it was for me to understand how to use the photo machine. She Ashley walked me through it and explain each detail and when I was leaving the store I picked up some more products and guess who was at the cashier straight from the photo area to help out at the front checkout area it was Stephanie with a smile on her face I said here we go again lol and she just smiled and said have a great day. Thank you WALGREEN for such great employees and I must not forget the lady that was stocking. The shelves don’t have her name but she also came over to the Florida area to help out. Wow thank you Walgreens.

Walgreens has stopped using there coupon books…
Walgreens has stopped using there coupon books in there stores in favor of Apps on smart phones or other high tech phones! Just how many older adults have smart phones or know how to use apps? Just how many older adults will now lose their coupons because of what Walgreens has done! I for one will seek CVS to see if they still use coupons and if so I will switch to them!

Walgreens, Walker, LA
Wow. It's all true folks. In a word, abysmal. In two, beyond hope.
These people will hold your script for over a week, only to tell you they don't have your meds and can't tell you WHEN they will, but one is welcome to hang around for a few days and they will do the courtesy of letting you know when you can get your meds!
No thanks.
Everyone slips up, everyone makes mistakes. But three times in a row? This Walgreens exceeds at a couple of things though, it will absolutely contribute to high BP and stress. Those still struggling with this entity, take note! There is relief. Fire them, as I did. Just say, sorry Walgreens you're fired. You will never again ruin my day.
And then bask in the almost instant uplifting of your distress.
UPDATE: Two hours after my doc transfers my script to a competent pharmacy, I have my meds in hand. It's not that hard, Walgreens.

If I could give a negative # I would…
If I could give a negative # I would have. Sunday night, I'm very ill, I get online to see if walgreens delivers...guess what, they do,yay. It's 7pm, the website says if the order is in before 8pm it'll be delivered within the hour...yay! 7:00 get the confirmation that the orders begin fulfilled and delivery is scheduled between 7 and 8, 7:39 another email says order has been delayed, call the number below to contact for further info.
corporate customer service is great, they say it looks lit is being filled now but I'm giving you the number to contact the shopper. Number was actually the store and the manager says that this order hasn't been shopped and she has no idea when it will be but they'll get it done and to wait for an update on line. 8:25 no update,I call corporate again and after being transferred over and over again, the same amazing woman that I had spoken to initially, says"I'm going to call them" perfect. I told her that I didn't care about the hour guarantee just needed it tonight. The store told corporate is was getting done. 9:10, 2 hours later, the email that I knew was going to come, came, your order has been delayed until tomorrow. I get baci on the phone with the site manager who doesn't shut up for one f ing second, making excuses about just because the website says delivery in an hour doesn't mean that it's true and that there are no delivery people, blah blah blah all the while I'm trying to get a word in edgewise for me to tell her that if she would have been honest with me at start I could have asked my son, who lives 5 blocks from there to pick it up and avoided the whole delivery thing.i had to literally tell her to shut up and listen for a second, which she didn't do. Then tries to claim that the order is fulfilled and that is not her fault she has no drivers, ...what? Really, really rude people at that store. Called corporate again to get my money back and the girl says, I can't refund this because it's in delivery. No it's not, it's postponed until tomorrow! Well, I can't refund it maybe my superiors can.....perfect. wait to be transferred only to find out that I can't speak with anybody if has to be submitted via email. No resolution now...Really? Don't ever go to this walgreens, it's just not worth it.

Walgreens,7403 Aloma Ave Winter Park is the best!
This is a review of the Walgreens Pharmacy at 7403 Aloma Ave, Winter Park FL. We've been using them as our main pharmacy for over 10 years now and they never disappoint. Christian, the Pharmacist, sets the standard for care there, and has gone above and beyond many times for us. Josue, one of the pharmacy techs there, is super friendly and helpful and also goes the extra mile to provide excellent service. I can't say enough good things about this crew! Thank you all so much for everything you do!

Well by reading the reviews I can see…
Well by reading the reviews I can see I'm not the only one that is treated with disrespect and downright aggression from the pharmacy technicians

I went to my local Walgreens which is…Jersey City, NJ on Kennedy Blvd and Seaview Ave
I went to my local Walgreens which is the Jersey City near Kennedy Blvd and Seaview Ave. I went to pick up my 4 year old grandson’s prescriptions and they could have killed him. Thank God I’m in the medical field (Nurse) and automatically knew something wasn’t right. First the pharmacist dispensed DayQuil for his cough again he’s 4 yrs old. She said she spoke to the Dr. and that wasn’t true. This lady was talking to the front desk. She just took their words. Wait it gets worse… she herself dispensed his antibiotic STILL in powder form. When my husband got home I was so heated that I went their coming out of work in my uniform and of course it was no one’s fault or no one (there’s only 3 people) knew who rung it up that way. This is insane. All I can think of is those other parents or new parents that don’t know any better and gives or try to give a child all because the pharmacist didn’t do her job. It’s sad how people are so careless and don’t for one second think about someone else and their health. This lady kept trying to say it wasn’t her when clearly it was because my son and husband saw when she put everything in a bag. So sad that people only works for a paycheck not to help people. Shame on Walgreens for hiring people like this. Such a SHAME!!!

Walgreen’s owes me $4000
I had a needle stick at the hospital where I work, and was prescribed 30 days’ worth of antiviral medication. I paid $4000 dollars out-of-pocket. Since it’s a worker’s comp issue, my hospital covers the cost of treatment. They sent Walgreen’s another $4000 so I could be reimbursed.
Three months later, I’m STILL waiting for my reimbursement check from Walgreen’s. I was told it would take six to eight weeks to process, and it’s now been 12 weeks. In these days of instant digital transactions, it SHOULD. NOT. TAKE. THIS. LONG!!!! Every time I’ve called, I get sent to their retro billing department and told that it’s still in process, and they have no further information.
I feel taken advantage of and helpless to do anything about this. I will NEVER shop at Walgreen’s again.
