Walgreens and the same loud mouth manager was there. I think I heard her name was Keisha or something. She was walking around loud and obnoxious with I’m guessing was their guard. She was saying “better not anyone try me tonight” not sure if that was towards us customers or what. She is always unprofessional and always talking rude to people. I’ve never seen anything like it. To think this is the Hyde Park Walgreens.

They closed over the weekend then lied and said the pharmacist's father in law died. All the Walgreens Pharmacies were closed that weekend. They told me my meds were back ordered but told my insurance they filled them and the next day they took them back because I did not pick them up in less then 24 hrs when I was told they were out of stock. My insurance saw that as filled and I could not get them filled because the Pharmacist did not reverse the prescription and refused to because I called them on their lies. I had to get corporate involved to make them reverse that prescription so I could get it filled elsewhere. They are using out of stock codes to give meds to their Favorite patients. Walgreens is a mess. They gave me three insulin needles in a baggy no instructions. I had to watch a youtube video on how to use it. It really felt like a back alley drug deal being handled Lantus pens in a baggy. Do not go to walgreens in Naples Maine

I praise Walgreens for the 8a-10p pharmacy hours, love it! My complaint is with the app. I get updates telling me my refill is ready or there is an issue & when I try to go into the app to see further I can't. I try to sign-in & always get "We have experienced an error try again later". I have to call & take up time on hold trying to get jnfo from personnel I could have gotten on my own. 3/27/23 I went to the chat hoping to let someone know the issue & guess what? I got the same error message "We are experiencing an error connecting you, try again in a few minutes". Walgreens, you are a multi-million dollar company can we not do better technology wise? Please?

Central and montrose walgreens pharmacy must be close to the worst. 16 minutes on hold… On hold …. Then it rings (a glimmer of hope) and wham back on hold … repeat for 16 minutes then someone actually answers and says ‘Walgreens pharmacy PLEASE HOLD’ - totally ridiculous

Very Rude and Racists! Not only one time, but FEW times. I tried to ask about the kind of generics they stock for medications I have prescriptions for, from my physicians who ask me which pharmacy I would like to send my prescribed med to! I have to know what generics each pharmacy stock, before the office send in my prescriptions as I have kidney failure, bowel and colon resection that make me very sensitive to inactive ingredients to certain generics and I have to stick to the ones that I already know. Walgreens always refuse to give me any information about anything. They are always rude to me whenever I ask them this question and treat me like an ALIEN who speaks JEBRISH. It’s either they are very unprofessional or very racists as I am not a privileged white. Will NEVER recommend.

I wish they would hire educated and well-mannered young people. The Walgreens at Robinhood and Meadowlark Drive is the worst! The young females at cash registers are so rude and full of bad attitudes. Fortunately the big box pharmacies are a dime a dozen these days.

You have really bad employees. I went this afternoon, it wasn’t busy. Three of us were in line. It had been one, he was waiting for a good three minutes while two of your employees just stood there. There were not working, just standing there. Then I came and waited. They kept standing there. Another person joins the line and that’s when they check out the first guy. Then, it’s my turn, and instead of checking me out, this lady stands there all confused and then asks if she can check out this other lady who had just cut the line. Subject to peer pressure, I oblige and wait. When it’s my turn, she doesn’t say anything, just stands there and rings me up slowly, then misses a few of my items (I tell her and she continues). When I’m finished, she doesn’t say absolutely anything. Not a “have a nice day” or even asking me if I’d like a bag (I didn’t, she just put my stuff in it). There were three employees at the counter and none of them knew what they were doing. Hire smarter people, gosh.

Only use this store for My Meds and leftover holiday candy. The pharmacy is good, could be faster and allow 1 to 2 days before to refill your prescriptions.
