1. The app is incompetent and has been for years. Many bugs. The latest achievement: it ordered a prescription for me that I did not order. Not the end of the world, but hilarious. 2. When you sign in, it send you a code to your phone (a routine procedure). It used to work, but not anymore. I had to resort to an alternative authentication. 3. I cannot cancel the prescription that the app erroneously ordered for me

Spent 10 minutes at ck stand trying to add app for a $2 discount. App went on forever, at end did not send code. So paid Your high price,. Again. Done with You... LP

I wait between half to an hour in line every time I need to pick up my prescriptions. There is always one person tending the counter and the drive through window. Today’s experience was the last straw. I made an appointment for a vaccination. I stood in line for 45 minutes and when I finally reached the counter, the cashier tells me they run out of this vaccine. Obviously they knew I was coming since it was a scheduled appointment, so why did I not receive a notification about this? I wasted 45 minutes waiting. I am definitely taking my business to CVS which is right across the street.

Walgreens in Dunedin Clearwater has adopted the “conversion” scam for foreigners whereby when paying by card you can pay in American dollars or have your purchase “converted “ into Canadian dollars. Problem is they only give about 50 cents on the dollar. That’s about a 25% ripoff for the Canadian currency. Thanks Walgreens

I call in my prescriptions a day ahead of time and I go the next day & they do not have them filled. They say they are busy so if I had of picked them up last evening like I said I would they would not have been ready. I personally do not care. I live 30 min away & it stresses me greatly.

First of all, may I say how much I dislike Walgreens. Their customer service is nonexistent. The wait times are just ridiculous and if you need to talk to a human on the phone, you may as well forget it. I called today to see if the Shingles vaccine was still on back order. A recording advised there were 3 calls ahead of me so I opted for a call back. I did finally get a call back. After a short time on hold, a representative asked me for my name and date of birth. She then said, let me transfer you to someone who can help you. I was transferred back into the loop on hold with three calls ahead of me. After another long wait I finally just hung up. This is not the first time this has happened. This is very typical of Walgreens. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Walgreens pharmacist Ahmed Elsayed, license number PS65225, at 2d Avenue in Boca Raton refused to give me his name and license number when I asked, in violation of State law mandating he provide that information upon request. Instead, he proceeded to violate more state law by retaliating against me as a patient and customer by refusing to fill my Rx, yelled at me in front of customers by lying that I violated everyone's HIPAA privacy (only a medical professional can violate HIPAA, not a patient) to encourage a customer to harass me as if I violated her HIPAA rights. When the police arrived, he lied about the event and demanded charges against me to conceal his illegal conduct. I think he's unstable, dangerous to the pubic and should not be licensed when a pharmacy license involves integrity and honesty. Walgreens' Ahmed has no integrity or respect for his professional duties or to the public. Walgreens is as disgusting as it is now two days and no apology or correction of this knowing Ahmed Elsayed's misconduct. I am filing a lawsuit so this does not happen to anyone else, to protect my rights and put Walgreens and their unprofessional staff on notice they will not get away with this.

the service quality has plummeted in recent years. They don't get scripts filled in a timely fashion and even send a text that it is ready but when you get there they tell you it will be in an hour. The walgreens in Cleveland, Tx is absolutely the worst.
