Inept at customer service..my credit card has been on file for years and suddenly it doesn’t work. Well… delete and reenter the information. It doesn’t work. I have money on it as it is my ssi. I guess all Walgreens employees are not able to get things done right. Fitchburg Wi. Fish hatchery And McKee road..

Pharmacy was supposed to deliver my meds. I called for update guy was very rude hung up on me. I called customer service and they said they would notify upper management. That's nice but doesn't help me. I never had this problem before but it's malpractice. Nasty pharmacist!

Customer service on the website phone number is wrong. As well as the email address Walgreens provides for complaints. If this is how Walgreens manages its customer service that explains the pathetic creatures that work for this company. Shame on you.

This is for the pharmacy only, so my Dr sent the rx in yesterday and thier system/app is always messed up and you have to call to verify if your order is done yet or not. Until today the past month trying to get through on the ohine is 1-2hr wait. Which is another issue in itself. So my rx sent yesterday was pending got busy and didn't stop by. Today I call and they flat out told me the other patients meds are more important than mine and that's why they were not filled yesterday! Like are you seriously telling me I'm less important then others? What kind of customer service is that. Amongst many issues I've had with the pharmacy I'd highly recommend going else where for your meds. Especially the 13 south black horse pike Williamstown nj 08094 store! Horrible Horrible service and care there. Now I have to switch all my meds to another pharmacy. This store should be closed down and the employee re trained on how to interact with customers before being sent to another store or at lest re trained and possibly kept. Go find a different pharmacy DO NOT USE WALGREENS!

My prescriptions are all generic and used to be little or no cost to me, except the insurance premiums -- that increase every year-- I pay for prescriptions. This year Walgreens went to an automated system to save THEM money and charge me more. Each of my prescriptions filled by this new system costs me $3 more than before. I will change my insurance next year and go elsewhere. They put all pills in huge jars, which are environmentally unfriendly. Some of my prescriptions don't even cover the bottom of the large jar. I am done, Walgreens. This is the last year I add to your highly profitable bottom line. I think every company should made profits, but you have gone into overdrive. Oh, and fix your stupid system so I don't keep getting refund checks for under a $1. No other drug store has ever overcharged me and then refunded in $.28 checks.

Well, after years of thinking Walgreens could professionally and ethically handle my prescriptions, I am DONE. *1. Without my consent or knowledge, some medications were transferred to an online company and were refilled in different quantities then ever before. These were two medications od a three medication HP prescription. Nevertheless, I was so screwed up on a day to day quantity and emotionally at a loss as to who would take the privilege to change and compromise my HP medication.

Very bad timing for issue. Sent license up shoot for drive through to get my prescription. I never received it back. Unfortunately didn't notice till following day. I called and was told they sent it back as seen on camera. Definitely not the case. Going across country on vaca in 4 days. I was told a female was seen on camera putting license in tube canister.
