Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

This was my first time using a dog walking service. I was truly impressed! The walker stayed in touch with me throughout the visit & the app was amazing. It included a full report card with details about the walk, a GPS, pictures and videos! Since I couldn’t be there myself, it was the next best thing.

What a great experience! From scheduling to report card, I have already recommended to several neighbors and friends. Thank you Wag!

Horrible customer service! They never answer the phone. You’re placing your dogs and your home is someone’s hands and they don’t have customer service to answer your call! Do not trust them!

Wag was SUPER helpful in getting our puppy walked this weekend! My wife and I had started the Wag process a few weeks ago and got our lockbox, then we needed super last-minute help this weekend and I signed in to Wag as a last ditch effort to get help! Within minutes we had walkers assigned to our puppy and his needs! They were even flexible with a change we made hours before the first walk! This service is unbeatable!!! A MUST have for pet owners! Seriously!

User friendly. Super convenient. Promotions are nice! Walkers are wonderful! My dog is in good hands!

This is totally unexceptionable.. I had a Walk scheduled for today and they canceled on me 30 minutes after the walk Was scheduled to take place. I had to leave work to come home and make sure my dog was OK because she had been waiting to use the bathroom. I will never use this company again.

I walk for Wag! and my dogs get walked through Wag! when I get a long work day. Works great for all of us!

They sent us April, an outstanding dog lady. That alone makes the app 5 stars. Getting a photo and report from each visit is spectacular!
