I wish there was a way to request a certain walker first and only then if they weren’t avaible could do become available for other walkers?

Wag helps me a lot as I work at night. Only thing I would like to see changed is potentially later walking times.

My fiance and I had some job changes that led to us being an hour away from home for work, each in different directions. We signed up for Wag, expecting that we'd run into occasions where neither of us could make it home to walk the dog, and thought it would be nice to be able to scratch that particular worry off our plate. Thus far, scheduled walks have gone off without a hitch. Walkers have been great and communicative. However, this morning, we both needed to leave home in a hurry due to some work emergencies. We didn't walk the dog, expecting to be able to contact Wag to take care of that. I requested an ASAP walk, and waited for over an hour and a half. I was not given any indication of when the request might be fulfilled. Because we can't wait all day for a walk, we cancelled the request after nearly 2 hours and were (luckily) able to contact a friend to help us out. I feel I can no longer rely on the service for "emergency" type walks, and that's quite disappointing.

At first I thought this would be a great app, and thought it would be convenient for me. However it was the complete opposite , I have used wag about five times. The first 2 times I booked a wag to come and walk my pupp, The woman, Kayla never showed up. I don’t know why wag would hire somebody who would do this but this girl actually Was posting on the wag app “walk” writing that my dog pooped and peed(which he did not bec he was on my lap at the time) she then and did the walk on the app 30 minutes later and even commented that she had an amazing walk with my “black dog” This woman was dishonest I don’t know why she would write that she walked my black dog when my dog was sitting at home with me, not being walked by her. I did call wag to let them know what happened. The other experiences with wag that I have we’re not as bad as that one I mentioned above , however those people did not either come that is why I am giving this a zero star if I could. Wag sucks i’ve heard stories of people getting their dogs missing And stolen from this app I would stay away and have a reliable neighbor walk your dog instead

My experience with the 2 walkers that I have used has been great...However each time a schedule a walk for a different time than immediately, the walker DOES NOT SHOW UP. THIS IS VERY Inconvenient

Amazing...so easy to use!! Booking is easy and available!

One of those apps that just makes your life so easy. The walkers are amazing and friendly. I love the pictures they send on the walks!!!
