This review is purely on customer service
This review is purely on customer service at Wag! not the walker. Just rescued a dog last week and need a walker to take her out at lunch time, eventually we’ll go to day care. My current walker has been great and been over twice! My pup has kennel cough after 3 days together and I let the second walker that was supposed to start this week know as a heads up. I asked him to let me or Wag know if that was a problem. He let Wag know, Wag reached out on friday via text, I texted back immediately and never heard anything after that. So now I don’t know if my reoccurring walk is happening. I tried calling multiple times, left messages, texting again, and finally got through on Sunday. You have to call to cancel reoccurring walks, and they said they have to call me back due to wait times. I went ahead and cranceled the first week by myself. I’m waiting for a call back now. I told them I’m available all day. I’d like to schedule my walker thats been great for my reoccurring. Wish there was more control over my schedule, follow through on wags end, and more help. At this point the only benefit of the service is that they are insured and you can track the walk.
