I enjoy the walkers but this app is totally confusing and the emails are constantly telling me to download the app when I've had it since the beginning. The Help service is a robot that keeps recycling you and not addressing the issues. Totally frustrating!

I am not happy with how pricing is disclosed. I was shown one price when booking several drop-in visits for two cats. The initial cost did not show a charge for additional “dog”, or “holiday pricing”

I scheduled an in home sitter for our dog about 2 months ago. This was a Friday to Friday dog sitting. We are set to go on our vacation in 5 days. Wag sends me a notification today that our sitter has to reschedule. No way to get in touch with Wag. No instructions on what to do. The condo we are renting doesn't allow pets and it's nonrefundable.

It's been a while since I used Wag, but I saw it advertised again and reminded me to finally leave a review. They had some good walkers, but I remember their service was the only one where I found out that 'walker' was just taking my dog outside and smoking on a nearby bench. This happened more than once. Wag found a new walker when i complained, but i was amazed they let this happen. Imagine there's little to no vetting.

The “premium” (paid) membership gave me fewer responses than did the free trial. Because of the fees Wag! tags on, the cost is exorbitant. I first look for local people on NextDoor. I do not recommend Wag!

I found 2 excellent dog walkers on Wag! This is where the positive review ends. Once I found out they were trustworthy, i quickly hired them outside the app. Reason #1: my walker only received a small portion of what Wag! Was charging. It was ridiculous! Out of 27$ including tip, the walker was only getting 17$. Reason #2: After reviewing my walker to help her get more business, Wag! charged me 25$ for reviewing her. There was no warning abt the charge. There was no screen that said you are abt to be charged, nothing. I did not authorize this charge. Why would a company hurt themselves for charging for positive reviews? I had to argue with 3 chat bots to eventually get my money back and I received a warning from the company that this was a one time waiver. Reason #3: It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I had an animal emergency and I could not get someone on the phone. Beware!

I had 2 dog walkers include their drive home as part of their walking route with my dog. Paid for an hour, walked him for 35 minutes, and kept the app on as they drove home to make it look like they walked him for an hour. I contacted Wag! about it and they refunded me, but now they turned off their tracking feature, so you can’t see your dogs route anymore.

I have been with this app for couple of years now and this app just seems to get worse. Before atleast we were able to talk to customer service not its through bot after that to through email. Absolutely the worst
