I received mail stating that my "Household " had made a purchase? I don't have any knowledge of any account with Voya. However the mailing was not to any specific person in my Household, so it seems like a scam because when you call them they request personal information to verify your account. So why is the mailing sent to the "Household " of an address? Instead of a person? As I refused to give any personal information except for the address, they said they had to end the call... Can you say SCAM ? This is absolutely not the way a legitimate business operates.
