My account seems to have broken, on its own. I check weekly the financial status, logging in to do so. Out of no where I began getting a "We are unable to log you in to your account at this time. Please contact your account advisor at 855-663-8692 for more information" message for about a week. I called to report the issue, and they reported having opened a trouble ticket and they'd call me when they fix it. Got a call 2 days later, saying they were working on the issue and would update me when its done. 2 days after that and no further calls and its still unresolved. I called back and they say its still being worked, and theyd call me when its done. On a side note it appears they outsource theit call centers to India....not all english speakers are fluent/intelligible.

Funds in a fully vested IRA retirement facility issues concerned too long a period of time to roll over to another institution. Forms were completed, approval was granted quickly. However, actual transfer of funds taking over 2 weeks. Dissapointing since interest rate decline in the new facility is imminent. I believe the process is, by design, intended to discourage folks from transferring funds to another institution.

Voya withdraws my monthly distribution from account on the last day of the month, but it is not transferred to my checking account until the 5th of the following month. Where is my money? Voya is sitting on it and earning interest for almost a week at my expense.

HSA card denied when used at health visits, called 800#- card's active. Kudos to the 2 @Voya who helped on the phone (so 2 stars vs 1) but why does it take THREE BUSINESS DAYS to resolve? My account's associated with previous employer (!) from 2 years ago; no wonder I can't get anywhere on the phone (automated) nor create online account under current employer despite bi-weekly contributions. Very frustrating. Who's at fault for this? Current employer HR person missed a step or Voya?

My company chose Voya as the 401K manager, unfortunately. While they do have good options like the ability to move money to a separate Charles Schwab account, their website is just obnoxious. I also have Fidelity and Vanguard. Overall while the CS site is good I prefer the Fidelity site for ease of use and tools, etc. I have had exactly 0 site issues for things like simply logging in. Vanguard has occasional issues with reverting to their old site and not being the most intuitive site to find how to do things. Voya is a weekly hassle just to log in. They've changed their log in a few times and every time they do the new site will randomly try to log back into the old site (even after clearing caches, etc.). Then about once a week you simply can't log in at all. I mean the screen will just go blank, not divert you to a maintenance message or something like that is just doesn't work for periods of time. If you call them they have no idea what you are talking about and attempt to say its your hardware or network. If you have a choice stay away.

Yo, listen up! These folks ain't nothing but a hot mess. I dumped $30k into the so-called opportunities they brought thinking I'd be swimming in money. Fast forward a few months, and I'm down $15k! Every time I hit them up for answers, it's like trying to squeeze water from a rock - all I get is dodgy excuses and lame responses. Their support? Pfft, don't even get me started. It's like talking to a brick wall. They keep saying they'll respond back, but guess what? Crickets. Total radio silence. It's like they're just out here playing us all for fools. Thank goodness I found echelonis elitus. These guys are the real MVPs, making it rain with seven-figure paydays and keeping it 100. I'm stacking paper now, thanks to their killer strategies and no-nonsense approach. If you want to avoid getting burned, steer clear of Voya and hit up the tested an true instead. they're the only ones who got your back, no cap!

My HRA after retiring from the City of San Diego was competently administered by another company (TASC) for a few years before being transferred recently to these folks. VOYA has been a MORASS of bureaucracy, with a truly terrible "system" with attempted technology (app, website) that screams ineptitude. The only reason I'm not giving a 1-star rating is that the several phone support people I've spoken with were friendly.
