Had to purchase a new charger. Bike works great I just had surgery so I do t have any strength to pedal long distances. This bike definitely helps me get back outside.

I placed my order on 12/20/2023. My bike arrived on the 22. Two days with free shipping! I really happy about that. So far, I'm really happy with the e-bike.its got power and I went quite a ways on half a battery. I'm really impressed with it! So far, we'll see how long it lasts.

I bought a foldable Vivi FM20 for my wife for Christmas. It charges but nothing more. I even bought a new controller and all the answers are to turn the ignition on or press a red button. I want to know where I can send it to get it warranty repair.
