Did not like people who said they needed to see a picture of my bike to answer my question even after I gave them the model and the serial number.

Well built bike at a good price.

My mom purchased the vivi fam-01 trike, manufactured 04-2026 new. It was somewhere in the neighborhood of $1200-$1500. Completely shut off 09-2026, contacted both their help number and email support. Help number got me “all warranty and tech support must go through email”. Okay, emailed them my problem and have still gotten zero support. Reply’s take well over a day or two to respond. When they did it was “were out of stock”, I asked for the part number multiple times for this particular trike. NOTHING, I again emailed back with what’s the part number so I can keep track when it comes back in stock, received “ Tthe controller is currently out of stock， and it will take some time to be available.” Again no part number, mind you this bike is less than six months old and completely worthless now. I was willing to purchase the parts to fix it out of my own pocket and not asking for a single warrantied part!! So now it’s 2-3 weeks of emails and it’s still just an anchor. Company’s warranty and customer service is shameful.

I bought a brand new ViVi Ebike in 2021 off of EBay. In 2025 there was a recall for the battery due to fire hazard. I was never informed of the recall by anyone from ViVi, or from the EBay seller. I found out by accident when I looked online about how to unlock the battery after a year of no use. Now I need to drive an hour away to a hazardous waste site that will accept the recalled Lithium battery for disposal, and get a receipt for proof, in order to get a replacement. ViVi screwed up by selling potentially dangerous batteries, and I pay for their mistake in time and gas money. Will never even consider buying a ViVi again.

I received the front tire fender quickly but the support bracket was missing. I notified customer service but haven’t heard back. I will follow up but since the bike was stolen, I’m not in any hurry.
