If your bicycle breaks down, you can contact our after-sales customer service to provide you with after-sales support. We also provide you with bicycle component purchase services outside the warranty period. Thank you!

Most of our electric bikes currently only have three levels of pedal assistance, which may not meet the needs for multi-level pedal assistance and higher speed travel. We are currently upgrading to new electric bikes and hope that you will be satisfied with them in the future, thank you!

If your bike fender is deformed and seriously affects your riding, you can contact our after-sales customer service to replace it for you. Regarding bike touch-up paint, it is not currently on the shelves in our store. Please purchase it yourself. Thank you!
