Bait and Switch
Purchased a 1000 watt, 21 speed, 22 MPH , 330lb capacity. Received a 500 watt, 7 speed, 20mph, 286 lb capacity bike. 13 emails back and forth many are just repeats from Vivi. Last one was them telling me they were celebrating a Holiday. I believe it’s a classic case of bait and switch in which they’ll try to wear me down with endless emails and no option to return.
