"Purchased" a muffler from them that didn't have a low stock label. They emailed me saying it's out of stock. Now I have to wait like two weeks for a refund.

Raised price of product after purchase by over $100. Wouldnt fulfill my order till I paid them more.

Bait and switch pricing. Placed order and 1 week later received an email stating I would have to pay another $300 to receive item.

Garabe customer service, unless you know someone who works there, that will hook you up with expecdious service. 1st bad experience, ordered some advant guarde rims for my CTR, would of been the only CTR owner to my knowledge with M310 wheels, told there on back order, no biggie, ask for an update, told they might not fit right, told em to send em anyways. figure if they dont fit ill just send em back since there in my town, no respone, no confirmation of anything, actually had to call avant guarde myself, to inquire about it, they gave me the measurements, they werent gonna fit, so i have to cancel my order, so spoke with some friends, pick another set of wheels from vivid spoke with one of there guys a friend of mine new and got new wheels, no biggie, current issues i ordered some red center caps for my R40 lug nuts in NOV of 2021, told they were backordered, no biggie, told in JAN of 22 they would be shipping FEB of 22, its july no word on anything whatsoever. have to call them on monday to figure out what the issue is. then Never again. this company isnt worth your time or money, they have a good list of products, i tell people find what you want on there site and buy em from someone else, like wheels, they have a great selection, but by them else where otherwise youll be wating 9+ months for them like i did. Company is lazy and doesnt care about the customer. and from what ive been told from other buddies of mine, they will schedule installs with you then cancel morning of. So dont waste your money on this poor excuse of a company

Complete Fraud !! I purchased an exhaust system i later found out VIVID manufactured themselves which didnt fit my car at all. I was told i needed to permanently alter a 1$180k car to make it work. They couldnt even provide me with instructions or pics on installation. I was told it was straight forward and no altering needed. When i tried to return the $3000 exhaust system they denied the return because there was paint on the tips which was removed. They sold me an item that wouldnt work in my car and had to take legal action to receive my money back. Stay away from this company! Afterwards i noticed there were many more bad reviews similar to mine. They are horrible and dishonest!!!

Advertised a product as IN STOCK but over 30 days later now, no tracking number and absolutely NO notice from the company about the delay. Customer service was absolutely useless and the "Customer Service Manager" (Tiffany) who has been responding to all the reviews here did absolutely nothing to assist and just said she could cancel my order and has NOT responded to any messages I had sent her. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Dan suffers from a lack of humility and accountability. When I mentioned a poor experience ol, Dan got extremely defensive and started throwing jabs. His poor attitude and lacking business acumen is evident by the abundance of poor reviews for his company. “You don’t even own a Pcar” Cute response Dan.

Absolutely terrible. These guys drop-ship from China. They make it appear they have the product and show a week shipment, to then, stall your order, as if it was unexpected. I come to find out they drop ship. I could have had my product if I ordered direct from China myself, and I’m still waiting for the product because Vivid is just a intermediary broker. Trash company.
