This is the drop shipping company, I make all online purchases with my credit card so if something goes wrong, I can payment and I’m not holding the bag, for some reason, it kept flagging my card and not letting me use it so against my better judgment, I used my debit card. I received a rear carbon fiber diffuser for my S 2000 unfortunately it’s raw fiberglass. I have no way to get my money back. Please shop elsewhere and save yourself the headache. Also lost a day of work waiting for the packages to show up because they require required signatures. That’s when we realized it was two separate packages coming and only half of my order arrived. I have yet to receive the other half and I’m not holding out much hope on it being correct either. The customer service is nonexistent, all around horrible company. I wish it would let me reply to these people. They have no interest in taking this part back without charging me half of the value in shipping. It will go It The trash and I will learn from this experience, it cost me $500 to learn not to use vivid racing ever again. I hope your lesson isn’t more expensive than mine!! Steer clear of this company!!!!

Super fast shipping and super to easy use website.

Stay away from them. Give your money or business to another company. I purchased and ECU flash tune to be installed on my Range Rover . Everything was great until they stopped doing that side of business. Problem is, the support system is non existent and I cannot have anyone who does dyno tunes , access my ECU tune to work on my computer. Vivid did not communicate to their customers that they were going to discontinue this platform and suggest to get my tune on a flash drive before this would happen. They told me to go to Race Chip and they said they have nothing to do with that. Vivid people have no clue over there and are just saying SOL to me, after spending 900.00 to have it done

Joke of a company Accidentally ordered two sets of wheels. Said something went wrong on the website while purchasing, and it was something wrong with my card. So you'd assume it wouldn't charge my bank, right? wrong. Two $1,200 charges processing currently. Listen to the 1 star reviews. Do not buy from here.

This should be zero stars if not negative if that was even humanly possible…DO NOT BUY from these A-hats! I ordered swaybar for a 56 Bel-Air in early August. I was told it would be a six week turnaround. I prepaid and also was required to sign acknowledging six week order time. At six weeks, I emailed my sales rep and he told me that there would be a tracking number forthcoming the end of the week the bars were ready to ship from the manufacturer… Well, that never happened so a couple days later I shot an email for an update And I got a return email that said the sway bars were discontinued! I called the manufacturer direct, Hellwig industries. They told me that they never had an order placed for these bars. They are not discontinued and they have one set in stock! I’m emailed back to my sales rep and let him know about the conversation I had. He told me he would immediately get on the phone with them…..BF LIE! VIVID RACING is a clown show.. Can’t wait to visit you in person at SEMA in a few weeks

I've always gotten my orders in the time specified. If no time/date was listed, it still never took long. Shipping prices are sometimes a little crazy, but that's literally any website you go to that isn't Amazon. They always have a good selection in stock, too.

Do not buy from this company. Purchased a turbo that obviously does not fit my vehicle but would not accept a return and refund my money. IT WAS NEVER INSTALLED. Was only taken out of the box and after the mechanic noticed that OBVIOUS difference in comparison, wrapped it back in the plastic and put it back in the box, then notified me via, phone and txt with the photo I posted. I already had given this photo and other information sent to your company prior to this review. That is why you received this type of review. Now that you know this model turbo does not fit my vehicle as stated, you can revamp your website so others do not have to loose their hard earned money.

My order was delivered quickly and arrived in perfect condition, half a year later and no issues with my 2010 Civic headlights.
