just now NEW Buyers Beware!!! We waited over a month for the hood that we ordered, brought it to and paid one of the best body shops in the state to have it put on, the hood doesn’t fit- Vivid will not refund me in full and wants to keep $1000.00. They sent me an over $3,000.00 hood that doesn’t fit my car, and want me to pay to ship it back and then they keep $1000- complete bs- don’t waste your time!!

I have to give 5 star to vivid racing because this company deserves for the way they treat their customers on the wrong way and I can tell for my experience because after 20 plus emails and numerous pictures they did not find the way to fix the return process and blame the manufacturer for the issues and just simply skip their responsibility as a seller and want me to deal with the manufacturer. Also they just stop responding my emails and never connect me with the general manager or the owner to see if they can make better decisions and showing that customers services is not their priority. So if you are looking for a business that put customers first instead of profit look the other way. Because I learn the hard way how they adress the issues and cost more than $1000 dollars. So my lost it could be your wining just go to Summit Racing or Carid even Amazon for any parts or upgrades they really will take care of you and the customer service is the best.

Wish I had read these reviews before becoming another victim of Vivid Racing. My story is similar to others. Ordered rock sliders in June '22 (which takes 3 months to make by Shrockworks). They had no issue charging my credit card immediately!. Received item 9/1/22. Box was opened, damaged and the arm of sliders were sticking outside of box. Inspected contents and sliders were dented, bent, chipped, and scratched. Notified Vivid same day and filed their damage claim form. UPS came (with no notification) 9/13/22 to pick up damaged sliders. Proof of delivery back to Shrockworks 9/19/22. Vivid still has not credited my card back as of 11/29/22. I would steer clear of both companies. Poor to no communication with both. In fact, half way through this ordeal Vivid responded to one of my emails stating "your item is making its way through our process". As if they didn't even know there was an issue/damage.

My shop sent an ECU from my 2002 Audi TT to Vivid to get a Stage 1 tune. They fried the ECU when doing a stage 1 tune and then sent it back saying the couldn't communicate with the unit. It was sent back, and yes-it no longer worked. It WAS a perfectly good unit they destroyed. And its no longer available through the dealer. Dealing with salesman Carlos, calls were avoided and they never offered any options. I had a dead car, no thanks to them. Finally found another tuner who was able to get another unit for my car. Do NOT use Vivid Racing. They offered no options and took no responsibility for bricking the ECU. They just stopped responding. Go to another tuner, they aren't reputable.

I never received my order but was told it was delivered by Fedex and vivid racing refuses to return my calls/emails to help dispute the order with Fedex. I was working with a manager who was going to assist with the Fedex dispute but now refuses to return my calls/emails even after they said they would help. I have attempted to contact the business by responding to different survey's and reviews, reaching out to direct emails for help, and I never receive a response. Apparently there is only one manager there in the returns/online order department and they are avoiding helping me with my problem. I left 3 voicemails on the managers direct line asking for any response, even if they are just waiting to hear back from Fedex and still I have not received any communication back. I would at least like a refund for my order or to have the company send me the item I ordered. The entire time I have not been able to discuss details of this with Fedex because the Shipper(Vivid Racing) has to be the one to dispute the delivery of this order. I'm extremely frustrated as this was a gift for my fiancé that I paid for and have yet to receive and probably never will receive because it's been at least 2 months of dealing with this issue.

Ordered a PCI helmet that clearly in the picture and the description said it was wired for radio communication. Guess what. Is was not. Have been dealing with nothing but getting run around by customer service. They won’t even respond to me now. Very bad customer service and poor communication.

Ordered 2 wheels that showed to be in stock. Didn't get a tracking number, so after a week I sent an email inquiry. Was told they would be shipped about 3 weeks after I ordered. Asked them to cancel and they offered a discount, and I said no, I just want to cancel. Sent an email saying that they were "waiting for a response" from me. Went to the site and cancelled. Read all of these horrible reviews, and decided I had better get Amazon Chase involved. Put in a disputed charge claim since they took my money even though it hadn't shipped yet. I'll never do business with this bunch again.

I ordered a motor and esc a week ago and they tell me they didn't have time to mail it and I had a dead line to meet. They never se nt a tracking number. They will not give a response or a refund. Handed off to the credit card company
