Super fast shipping and super to easy use website.

I've always gotten my orders in the time specified. If no time/date was listed, it still never took long. Shipping prices are sometimes a little crazy, but that's literally any website you go to that isn't Amazon. They always have a good selection in stock, too.

My order was delivered quickly and arrived in perfect condition, half a year later and no issues with my 2010 Civic headlights.

Bought an AEM Short Ram Air intake for my 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart. They emailed me the next day stating they didnt have that part but they could offer me a refund or an alternative part. I chose the alternative part and they quickly switched the payment over and even gave me a discount! Their responses were very quick and their customer service was excellent. Will be shopping again from them.

I reserved my order in a timely manner and it was packaged properly, no damage to the tool or its casing

I recently purchased the **RaceChip GTS 5 Tuning Box** from Vivid Racing, and the entire experience was excellent. My order arrived quickly and was well packaged. Installation was straightforward, although it took a little patience to get the Bluetooth app connected and the unit registered. Once that was completed, everything worked flawlessly. The performance exceeded my expectations. The increase in boost and overall power delivery was immediately noticeable, providing exactly the improvement I was hoping for from a tuning product. Throttle response feels sharper, acceleration is stronger, and the vehicle is simply more enjoyable to drive. Compared to the OEM performance tune, the RaceChip GTS 5 from Vivid Racing is a significant improvement. The product is well engineered, performs as advertised, and delivers real, noticeable gains. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, plug-and-play performance upgrade.

Received order in a timely manner

Customer service was great. Had Nick on the phone and im from France. Got parts delivered within 7days . Turned up undamaged, we'll packed and Nick refunded me dollars as I had apparently paid to much. 😀
