What I didn't like is they advertised a part that I could not get and I ordered it and then my order got canceled and I didn't get a real answer why .I ordered a brake booster with master cylinder. I ordered it twice and twice my order was canceled. You shouldn't advertised a part when you don't have it or can not get.It wouldn't have bothered me nearly as bad if I couldn't have gotten it as to see it advertised and then not be able to get it.

There was a slight delay in receiving the product I ordered, due to the manufacturer's inventory. However, I was kept informed and received my item about 10 days later. I would order from Vivid Racing again.

The lugs I ordered are awesome! Wish they would have been a bit cheaper, but in the long run they are worth it. I wish the delivery time had been a bit better but was dealing with 4th of July holiday so.... but my overall experience was top notch! Thanks!

They stole my money and won’t respond

Charged me immediately for a set of LED Taillights that was out of stock with no expected ship date and then later told it would not be available for over a month. I directed them by phone and email to cancel the order and they agreed to do so but never did. Nor did they refund my $312.14. Instead a week after my cancellation request, they sent me a shipping notification for the product. I reached out to them immediately and told them not to ship it since they agreed to cancel it and I did not want the item. Nope, they shipped it. So when I received it I started the return process. They indicated they would only provide me with a $235 refund because of restocking fees. I told them the item should have never been shipped since they agreed to cancel the order. I spent another $69 for return shipping. Today (June 28) they informed me they received the item but were declining my refund because it arrived damaged. I never removed the item out of the box or installed it. I only slit the tape of the box to insert their RMA authorization. I'm now out $400 with nothing to show for it. I will be taking legal action. This company should not be allowed to exist.

This company is the worst regarding customer service, I not it mention that they never sent me the refund for the money I paid for the shipping cost. I purchased a Hood for my Jeep Wrangler 2012, the cost for the hood was $700 approximately and for the shipping cost about $320. I paid the invoice in total for $1030.00, after two months they sent the item and once I recieved the it the delivery company told me that they did not receive any money for the shipping, so I had to pay the shipping cost again in order to get it. I made contact with Vivid racing the name of the person who was "helping me" during the purchase process Tim Hatem, always reply to me when we were dealing with the payment but now that I bring this up about the shipping not a single reply (strange right.. (sarcastic)). Another personal from them named Ray reply that he will check it out and was sorry that this happened,,, guess what.. It's been s few weeks and not a single answer.. So I guess I lost the $320.. Can't believe how a company can make this kind of dirty moves on their customer..
