My 18 yr old son ordered parts for his truck that were supposed to fit ... They didn't. He paid to ship them back expecting that this company would refund him. We get a picture back stating that the parts had been installed and used... But they didn't fit ... So not possible.They said to contact them by April 19/23 at the latest... So I did. That was when I was informed that they parts had already been disposed of, (don't believe that for a second).... And if course... I can't get anyone on the phone. This entire thing feels like a complete scam. Not the way to treat people... Or do business.

I declined the delivery and the package retuned to the seller within 45 days! This the profiting model used by this middle man, you are going to be charged by 15% "restocking fee" whether products you buy are bad or not!

Vivid Racing is not a trusted company. an order that was placed in January, got lost and found at the end March because it was returned to sender do to being sent to the wrong address triggered a restocking fee and I’m still waiting for the part

Not the best experience with this company, ordered a GTR exhaust for 3950 USD (after the shipping cost was quoted by one the sales guys). Paid on the 31st of January 2023 and I heard nothing for weeks. The exhaust was supposed to be in stock, but weeks went by, couldn't get hold of the person in charge and the support told me they were waiting for the supplier. On the 6th of March, they returned and told me the shipping quote was wrong and the shipping cost was much higher. The order was canceled, and now a new waiting time occurred. They haven't even returned the money yet, not 16 days after they told me it was canceled. Wondering if I will ever have my money back. Would never deal with this company, and won't recommend anyone to do so.

Horrible after sales support/customer service. Take your $ and run type of business. Would not recommend using them!!! Always go straight to the mfg if you can. Learned this the hard way!!! Asked for an email to help with issue. Sent email and ghosted me again...never heard back!

I ordered a air filter for cold air intake on feb 8 ,2023 I got a email saying my order is being processed as weeks go by I never received a shipping email for my order to be shipped out it’s now pushing March and still no contact from vivid racing and I try calling and no one answers

I got my item quickly, the vendor kept me updated on the status and I really like the item. The shipping was pretty costly but other than that, I'm a satisfied customer.

Ordered some Coil overs for my 2019 civic, got an email saying they are back ordered for 5-6 months so i cancelled the item... that was 2 weeks ago. I unfortunately financed though katapult(which i have good experiences with) so im paying on an item they refuse to cancel. Update: Vivid did cancel the coilovers, it was katapult not doing there part so I've updated my experience with vivid for a more accurate rating.
