Literally always have the best prices for name brand car parts, and all you do is put in information for your car and they show you every part that will fit your car. The hardest part is picking your favorite!

I ordered a body kit for my 350z last month 2024 an it came damaged an not only that I call back they claim to not do anything about it an came a week later than it was supposed to so I call to complain to someone named gabby which who didn’t help at all but then not only that the body kit I ordered didn’t even fit my car all the way so I talked to someone higher up an they claim they can’t give warranty or anything that the manufacturer have to give a yes so please save your money to somewhere else I promise there is better out there !

Hi there! I’m really sorry to hear about the issues with your body kit and the service you experienced. I reviewed the ticket regarding the fitment issue. There was collision damage to the vehicle that was still not yet fixed. Fitment issues looked to have stemmed from the collision damage. A partial credit was given for this order as well.

I’ve been waiting for my products to arrive for over two years. I try and get in touch with them and they say the whole Covid thing is the problem. Not good enough. But checked with the supplier of the products that they are getting them from and they have them in stock ?

I spoke with a sales rep about tires and explained my situation and he insured me that my tires would stick out from the sides of my truck. I went ahead and purchased the tires. Had one placed on the rim and put back on the truck and that was not the case. These tires were even with the side of my truck. I called to do a return and spoke with the manager in the returns department, Bailey, who Said they would return three tires but not the one that was placed on the rim because it was considered used even though it never touched the street. Long story short, I am now stuck with one, $850 tire and have to pay $40 per tire ($120) to ship the other three back. My advice to you who are buying tires from this company is, if they ask you to take a picture make sure the tires are NOT on the rim because they will refuse to take it back. I am now $1,000 in the hole due to being given inaccurate information from this company.

Hello Dan, sorry for the frustration on this order. Once an item is installed it is no longer eligible for return. Our policies are in line with other businesses in our industry.

Top notch service from Travis, even the updates are appreciated since these are made to order and come a long way.
