Availability and a wide range of parts. Most have forgotten about the Porsche 996 and just do not offer much. This site is different. I will be able to put together my plan for my Porsche by utilizing Vivid Racing.

That's exactly what we love to hear, Rik! 996 love? We've got you covered!

Travis was very helpful and friendly, right off the bat. Great experience that would make me consider ordering again from Vivid

Can I leave 6/5 stars? At end of the day even in a digital world personal service sells. Nate now is my personal go to guy when I need something. We quite literally just email him what we are looking at and he builds us a cart and a deal and we close the sale. This truly is a 1 of 0 experience in the performance world and it will not be our last. As we build this for our channel and new company launch Nate and vivid will be out first stop for products. Sales is a people business and this company knows how to win! 🏆
Response from Vivid RacingJun 14, 2024
That's amazing to hear, George! While we can't accept 6/5 stars officially, we truly appreciate your enthusiasm! We're thrilled to hear Nate exceeded your expectations! We look forward to being your first stop for future builds and your channel launch!

Chris made my order easy and took his time with me to choose the right kit for my 911. He also took time to call suppliers to see expected time frames which I appreciated more. Good sales rep.
Response from Vivid RacingJun 14, 2024
Sounds like Chris went the extra mile for you! aking the time to ensure you got the perfect 911 kit and checking supplier timelines shows his commitment. Glad we have good sales reps like him! Thanks for the review Bobby!

Stephen was insanely fast with responses and calling back/answering the phone, some of the best online customer service I have ever had. Comparing it to RH.com it is like comparing an SF90 to a VW bug, night and day. He even was able to price match and cut shipping costs. Best website for any time of parts I have ever been to.
Response from Vivid RacingJun 14, 2024
That's awesome to hear, Gio! Stephen sets the bar high for online support! Thanks for choosing Vivid Racing, and we're thrilled to be your go-to parts source!
