As long as you are fine with paying a bit more for nice designs and good quality its perfect. Have ordered 3 or 4 times and never had any issues.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. My chain broke on accident, and only a couple of days after writing to the customer support, I held my replacement chain in my hands. Very nice exchange and fast replies from the customer service. The product is also high quality and doesn't stain or fade.

ABSOLUTE TRASH
ABSOLUTE TRASH. 50CM RIOT CHAIN CAME WITH A DEFECTIVE CLASP. ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING. THE COMPANY PUT UP A WALL AND GAVE OUTRAGEOUS INSTRUCTIONS LIKE TAKE A PICTURE, WRITE A HANDWRITTEN NOTE, AND STUFF LIKE THAT. CHARGEBACK INITIATED NOW. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Thank you for your review, Michael. We're sorry to hear there was an issue with your Riot. We do have a lifetime warranty in place. To initiate this - we do need a photo of the defect, a handwritten note with your order number on it as well as confirming your shipping address for reshipment. I can see that you did reach out to us for a replacement, which one of our agents eagerly assisted you within hours of the request being made.
