Vitaly has always been great in handling any questions, returns or problems I might've had in the past. If there was a problem with the delivery, a very nice member of the support team would solve it quickly and efficiently. They even paid for express shipping at no extra cost when my article was falsely returned due to a mistake from the posting company. I must've bought from vitaly at least 15 over the years, and can't recommend both their high quality beautiful products and the company as a whole

I currently own 3 pieces from them (2x frenzy chokers in silver and gold, overhaul x dropdead) just purchased my 4th which will be the “Alert”. Nowadays it’s pretty hard to find quality chokers that actually choke and doesn’t just sit like a necklace! Outside of their jewelry, Vitaly’s customer service is amazing! My overhau x dropdead choke came apart and the within a few hours after emailing them they shipped me out a new one !

My partner and I are Vitaly customers for a few years now, we love the brand and have a growing collection. The quality and beauty of the products are just amazing. We love it. Sadly one of our pieces had a problem and we had to contact the customer service team. Our email was responded very promptly and the resolution followed at the same speed. We were amazed. Never had such a good experience before with any other company. The lifetime warranty works and we received confirmation of a new item being sent to us straight away. We are so pleased with the service and much more with being their customer. Thank you.
