Luckily Ryan from Vitaly filled me in on what happened on their end and then supplied me with a new code to fulfill my new order. He was quick, informative and completely solved my missing coupon and was ready for more! Meanwhile during all of that he contacted the ambassador program team to assist in correcting my Instagram name on file.. so I could continue getting more discounts! An excellent costumer service experience!

The necklace I got for my birthday came slightly broken - when I reached out to the team, they were quick in response (less than 48 hours) and immediately resolved my issue and sent me a new necklace.
